It was a stormy night black clouds hand low thunder clashing in the distance rain slamming against the window of the old beaten house."Dante Brimsted jolts awake as lightning strikes near the home"
Dante Brimsted sits up in his bed still feeling the sleepiness he looks around his clean but dusty small room His desk to his right under his window and the door to his left cracked open.
Dante looks out the window seeing the rampaging storm and stands exiting his room with a lit candle to check on his younger sister Olivia Brimsted. Dante creeks the door open to see his younger sister Olivia shivering under the covers showing her fear of the storm "still a scared child?" Dante asks playfully to Olivia; she sits up abruptly raising her voice at Dante "Stop teasing me you heartless bastard!" Olivia shouts at Dante.
Dante approaches sitting at the edge of Olivia's creaky bed patting her head comfortingly "it's okay if you're scared Olivia it's natural" Dante tells Olivia softly the rain in the background intensifying
"Olivia what's wrong you're more scared than usual?" Dante asks her softly not wanting to frighten her further. Olivia turns to him shakily "The nightmares are back" she said with tears in her eyes.
Dante gazes upon Olivia remembering the Nightmare she had described in the past about a pale women in a all black robe with piercing bright blue eyes staring at her in her dreams."i see well do not fret Olivia i'll be here to protect you now go back to sleep" Dante says while patting Olivia's head softly.
"Thank you Dante" Olivia says before going back to sleep more peacefully this time (I remember since she was a kid she'd always have these dreams from time to time every time they occurred something bad happened) Dante thinks to himself while still sitting on Olivia's bed brushing her hair protectively.
Dante retreats back to his room the storm calming down but still heavy that is when Dante looks out his window realizing that the sky was clear with the moon bright in the sky no clouds no rain however the sound was still there. "What the hell is going on what is this?!" Dante says confused by the strange phenomena just as he tries to figure out what's happening he wakes up in again morning this time no rain no storm just silence.
