Dante's lifeless body lays in the bloodied bed a lightning strike hitting near his home then he wakes up in his bed his body normal Dante frantically checks his body finding no scars or bruises everything seems normal besides a mark on the right side of his abdomen recognizing it as the same symbol on the women's pendent.
"what is happening to me what was that horrible dream" Dante feels something around him some sort of spiritual interference hearing things far away seeing further and more clearly Olivia enters his room "Dante we're both off today i don't have school and you don't have work so let's go shopping" Olivia shouts excitedly oblivious to Dante's inner turmoil. "Okay let me get ready and we can leave" Dante says with a smile hiding his worries using the time away to clear his mind.
Dante and Olivia are walking through the town's market Olivia wearing a dark blue dress with golden buttons Dante wearing simple clothes under his coat and a short top hat. Dante holding some groceries as Olivia praising the jewelry that the market is selling.
Dante and Olivia continue shopping Olivia forcing Dante to hold her stuff while they are walking Dante continues to think about this new feeling with his heightened senses and something mystical pumping within his blood. (this is…curious i've never felt something so strange it's like my body is completely different lighter i'm carrying all these bags like they have no weight to them it's so uncanny) Dante thinks to himself
"Don't run too far Olivia!" Dante yells as Olivia runs for a flower shop just then Dante feels eyes on him he starts looking around not finding anyone in sight.
"Olivia come on we're leaving let's go home!" Dante shouts into the flower shop not wanting to sound alarmed " Aww but Dante" " No buts we have to go!" "Olivia poor aunt Maria will get lonely!" Olivia reluctantly leaves the shop taking Dante's hand as they continue home Dante with a hurried pace.
Dante looks back seeing a man with gold hair and a coat that resembles a security worker standing by the flower shop his captivated green eyes meet with Dante's as he disappears when a family gets between their gazes.
Dante hurries Olivia home and into the home slamming and locking the door hastily. "Olivia go to your room and don't come out okay?" Olivia looks at him confused and worried but listens.
Dante goes to his Aunt's Cabinet and grabs her pistol holding it close waiting to see if the man comes. Dante hears footsteps and clenches the gun harder. Aunt Maria walks into the house seeing Dante she steps back "Dante dear why do you have my gun?" She says with a shaky voice.
