The sun was burning and I the future greatest enemy of the Otsutsuki looked upon the stars that my primitive eyes could not see in the daylight.
My name is Mikitaka and I was reborn in the Land of Ancestors over 1000 years before the main plot of Naruto. I was born into the emperors family within the land of Ancestors making it so that I am not subject to the labor of the farmers that make up most of this nation.
Today was the first day I had fully processed my memories after my transmigration. My brain was simply too underdeveloped to handle my ten trillion IQ and extra years of memories. And that statement is not a lie, I had been reincarnated with one a very OP power.
Inspired inventor! Despite the fact that it has been nerfed, I basically have an akashic record of all science and technology within my soul. I don't appear to have a very quantized system of keys over a period of time to unlock its contents. It appears that instead, I will simply naturally soak in the knowledge of my Akashic record like osmosis. The rate of which is completely variable to the conditions of my mind.
It appears that my mind will create semi-independent personalities revolving around certain topics of interest over time such as a personality specialized in medicine or biology. Eventually my mind will be filled with countless voices of countless scientific fields endlessly instilling inspiration within me for endless invention. However right now, all I get is some higher brain function.
Technologies capable of tearing planets to shreds. Or the secrets of immortality are currently far beyond me.
The main things I've observed are that there is no mention of a Tenji or Suzaku anywhere, even when hearing about the land of That. So that means that I could be anytime before the arrival of Kaguya Otsutsuki. All I have in this era are Samurai without chakra and distant mentions of demons beyond this land.
However all these considerations are currently irrelevant as I am witnessing a situation that I wish I could not comprehend.
"Hey kid. Where am I?"
It was a goddamn Otsutsuki. Freshly standing in a small crater created from when I saw him fall from the sky. He had extremely pale skin, long white hair. His eyes had a distinct blue cresent moon pattern with a dot in the middle. This was undoubtedly the Senrigan, the ultimate surveillance dojutsu. It makes the Byakugan look like a blind and deaf toddler in comparison when it comes to observation. It is capable of looking into the past with a planetary range up to the users birth.
"You're currently within the land of Ancestors. What's your name? And where did you come from?" I said with the infinite innocence of an ignorant child.
"My name is Toshiko Otsutsuki. I hail from the Otsutsuki clan." Toshiko said with casual disregard for my existence. It seems he isn't aggressive to me, which is good because I'd be concerned if this man would attack even a child on sight.
"You said this is the land of ancestors, correct?"
"Yeah, I just said that."
Immediately after I said that Toshiko made a serious expression. And started muttering to himself. Although my hearing was insufficient to take advantage of his convenient out-loud muttering. I could make out words like "Naruto" and "before main plot."
I had to immediately lock in. I could not afford to reveal the slightest hint of shock or suprise at this fellow transmigrator. I also had to suppress my jealousy of not being born straight in the Otsutsuki clan unlike this Toshiko fellow. But this was clearly fate. Anime logic dictates that those with related origins should interact and I wanted to meet that expectation.
"I can bring you back to my house if you have nowhere to go. Are you a former noble turned beggar? And how did you fall from the sky like that!?" I combined my offer with the various questions that an innocent child would clearly ask. Although I think I saw him grimace when I indirectly called him a beggar.

"Is there anyone named Tenji in this family?" Toshiko asked as we were walking back.
"Who's Tenji?" I responded. Toshiko made a thoughtful expression. He seemed to realize that this was before Kaguya arrived and was probably thinking of a plan.
And then Toshiko lifted his hand, and swiped it in the air. He did this repeatedly for a few seconds before doing a quick pointing motion. Suddenly a phone appeared in air and fell into his hand. Before he kneeled down in front of me, holding the phone.
"If at anytime in the future you meet anyone in a position of authority named Tenji, Suzaku. Or anyone sharing my surname, especially if their name is Kaguya Otsutsuki. I want you to press on the side of this and talk into this object that you have seen or met Tenji, Suzaku, or an Otsutsuki. Can you promise me that?"
I simply nodded. "I promise." Toshiko then handed me the phone and stood up. He then started flying up and away. I felt compelled to meet plot expectation and screamed "Will we meet again!" as he flew away.
I got no answer but that was fine. Hopefully I would not see this guy again for a long time. Now I had a nation to inherit and inventions to make.
