"And that's the last of it" John say as he wipe the sweat from his forehead looking at his newly planted tomato and carrot field "open status" he say calmly as the ui interface appear, he went to the note tab and check on the todo list he made "planted new seed, check" he say as he took a notice on the quest tab, he stare at it for awhile before chuckling and shook his head before letting the ui disappear.
The man look up to see the black cloud in the distance "looks like the storm is coming" he say sighing to himself.
This is Elias, a former adventurer retired at young age because both his parents die due to some illness, leaving him no choice but to return to his hometown and continue his parents duty on managing the family farm.
"Hmm...I wonder how long it will lasted, sure hope not too long" he say as he head back to his home, on the way there, he checked every animal he has on the barn, see if any of them is sick or not, then feed them for tonight "alright, the animals businesses is done, now time to give myself a warm- whoa!!" Elias was interrupted as he tripped on something.
"Agh!, what the hell was that-" he get to up to his knee look around to find a girl lying on the ground "what in the world?!" He quickly rushes to her side, checking pulse of the girl "she still alive" Elias sigh in relief but quickly took a notice of the the storm cloud approaching.
"Well, less talking, better help her first" he say as he start to pick the girl lifting her with both arm and enter his house, Elias placed down the girl on his sofa.
Elias examine the girl, a curvaceous girl around his age with slim body, she has very long, voluminous white hair the hair is styled in dramatic, flowing waves, with a prominent swirl on top and long strands that extend down past the shoulders and red highlight inside said swirl, her skin tone is light. As for her attire, she wears a black cloak-like dress the dress sleeves end with a red cuff while the dress skirt end with a gradient red and black Mary Jane shoes.
Elias examine the girl a little more, the way she was dressed is like someone that of a noble, but his not sure if she ever seen or heard about someone like her throughout his journey as an adventurer, let alone knowing about this girl existence through news paper.
"Hmm...those clothes are really dirty" he say rubbing his chin "I wonder how did she get here" as Elias keep thinking, he doesn't realize the girl slowly open her eyes and stand up from the couch looking at Elias.
"...maybe I should- WHAT THE?!" Elias turn around to find the girl starring back at him with a red glowing eyes "uhh...hello?" Elias say then get silent waiting for answer from the girl, only for it to be her falling unconscious forward, prompting Elias to caught him with his arms "of courses that happen" he say sighing as he carry the girl to his bed and put her there.
Elias stay silent for a little before looking out the window, the heavy rain pouring down to the earth, looks like it won't stop anytime soon "Well, looks like I won't be going to my crops field for awhile" he say as he start to feel a chill since he forget to light up the fire on the fireplace.
Hours pass by, as Elias spend it by reading a book in a chair beside the bed while waiting for the girl to wake up, he keep on glancing at the girl once in awhile he can feel the girl whimper a little, sometimes he can heard her muttering a name but due to how low her voice is, he can really make out what she was saying.
"She's been like this for awhile and non-stop" Elias say looking the still whimpering in her sleep, that's when Elias get an idea out of nowhere, he reads it in those cheap romance book he bought at at the village store, a little head pat would help, probably.
"Here goes nothing I guess" Elias say as he reach the girl head and begin to caressing the girl, surprisingly it's working, the girl become more calmer and a small smile appear on her face.
"It work!...huh?..." Elias thought quickly being tossed to the side once he heard some weird sound he recognize, a teleportation spell followed by a sound of a body falling down to the ground outside "okay...that is weird" he say as he let go of his hand from patting the girl hair, unknown to him the girl smile turn into frown immediately.
Elias open up his door to see if there is anyone outside, and to his surprise, there is another person lying down on the ground "there is no way" he say as he get the person inside his house placing the said person down into the couch.
This is the second girl, she's around the same age and build as the white haired one, She has fair skin, and shoulder length honey-blonde hair. As for the attire, she wore a dark blue puffy-sleeved blouse with a white stripe running down the middle over a sky blue, knee-length dress with long sleeves, a dark blue hairband, and matching blue heels with white soles.
"Okay, I am not expecting this...let alone having the need for bringing these two-" Elias pause his word as he notice a red liquid running down the blonde girl forehead "you are joking with me..." he say as he quickly went to his storage room and grabbing some bandages and medicine, after patching the girl up he sat down beside her, a little exhausted.
Elias let out a sigh "god, where the hell are these two came from..." he say glancing at the two girls "...well...rest first ask them later" he say as he get up and lock the front door, before going back to where he was sitting and begin to close his eyes.
In the middle of the night when Elias is deep on his sleep, the white haired girl waking up and sit down at the edge of the bed, she look around until she notice a cobalt blue eyes starring back at her then the two avert their eyes to another couch across the one the blonde haired girl was at, it was the couch where Elias sleeping.
Silence stretched a little longer, until the white haired girl stand up.and walk up to where Elias is, sitting down beside his sleeping body before getting closer to him and rest her head on his left shoulder, wasting no time the blonde haired girl walked up and sit down on the other side as she also rest her head on Elias shoulder, the two then fall asleep again.
