Konoha – Gakure, a village once brimming with life, is now completely destroyed. In the center stood a divine tree that trapped all the inhabitants in cocoons, and two teenagers were on the battlefield.
"Boruto, you shouldn't have returned here; the place of traitors is in hell."
"Kawaki, how could you let this happen? Himawari, your friends, did they mean nothing to you?"
"Maybe once, but now they've become a means to an end. When the Otsufication process is complete, he and my army will conquer this planet."
"You doesn't think I'll let you do that." Boruto grabbed his sword and charged.
In response, Kawaki summoned a large rod, and the brothers clashed their weapons.
"Since you're of no use to me, allow me to end your life quickly."
"I won't die, at least not until I kill you," Boruto replied, jumping away from his brother.
Kawaki created a huge cube above Boruto and lowered it onto him. At the last moment, Boruto teleported high into the air, where he levitated.
"That was close; if I made one wrong move, I'd be done for. Good, looks like Kawaki hasn't realized it yet. I need to prepare another attack," the Hokage's son thought, then teleported outside the village to gather the chakra needed for the attack.
When Boruto gathered enough chakra, he teleported behind Kawaki.
"Here's a gift from me. RASENGAN UZUHIKO!"
Kawaki couldn't react in time and received Boruto's attack.
"Damn you, Boruto! GRAAAAAAAAAAAAARH!"
A massive explosion occurred, destroying the remains of the village.
"Now I have to free at least a few people. Kage Bushin No Jutsu!" Boruto created a dozen or so clones, which he then launched towards the divine tree.
They managed to tear a few people away from the Cocoon, and Boruto's clones carried them out of the village.
"BORUTO!"
The blond was surprised to hear Kawaki's scream. "That bastard is still alive."
Turning around, the Hokage's son noticed Kawaki, except that part of his body was completely destroyed.
"It's still not enough to defeat me, you know you've really pissed me off now." Kawaki began to unleash his full power.
The older teenager created a circle in front of himself and fired a powerful shockwave.
"It's bad if that attack hits me, it'll be bad."
"Don't even think about teleporting, because the explosion will cover a large area."
"Kawaki, you idiot." I guess I have to take advantage of this – Boruto activated Karma and thanks to it, opened a portal, which he jumped into.
A moment later, he found himself in a completely different place, but before he could do anything more, he lost consciousness.
