Mitsuki smiled. "Looks like mission accomplished," he said, walking away.
After a moment, Mitsuki stopped, something telling him to turn around.
"Suiton:Mizurappa!" Boruto shot a stream of water from his mouth. The blond didn't stop there and immediately prepared another attack. "Raiton:Shurakiri!" With that, Boruto unleashed a stream of lightning from his hand, combining it with the previous attack.
Mitsuki was forced to jump up to avoid his former friend's attack. However, Boruto anticipated this and instantly appeared behind Mitsuki, knocking him to the ground with a punch to the face.
"So you survived after all, I forgot how stubborn you are." Only after a moment did Mitsuki notice that something had changed in Boruto. "This is Sage Mode, after all, how did he learn that?"
"Did you really think I'd fall into such an obvious trap? I easily saw what you were planning, so I used one of my clones"
"I think I'll start fighting seriously. I didn't think you'd be a challenge for me." Mitsuki began to unleash his full power, causing the entire area to shake. "It's time to test the Otsutsuki's power."
Mitsuki suddenly disappeared from Boruto's sight, who began to look around for him.
"Where did he go?"
At the last moment, the blond sensed his former friend and blocked his fist, but the blow was powerful enough to knock Boruto into the ground.
"Pretty good, to think you managed to block my attack in this state."
"That's not all I can do." Boruto threw Mitsuki away.
Then the Hokage's son ran towards him. Boruto tried to attack Mitsuki, but he dodged the blond's punch. Mitsuki then punched Boruto in the chin, sending him flying. He then extended his arms, wrapping them around the blond's body.
"Now let me blow you to pieces."
"Yes, never mind."
Boruto wrapped his body in lightning armor. Mitsuki had to let go to avoid being shocked.
"Sage Mode alone won't be enough to defeat him, so this is all I have left," Boruto thought, staring at his hand.
"What's the matter? You realized you can't defeat me?"
"No, you're the only one who thinks you can defeat me."
"What?"
Boruto activated Karma, combining it with Sage Mode, to Mitsuki's surprise.
"That's is?"
"Have you forgotten I also have Karma?"
Boruto appeared in front of Mitsuki in the blink of an eye. Before he could do anything, he was punched in the stomach, knocking him back a considerable distance.
"Damn, where did he go?"
"I'm here." Boruto appeared behind Mitsuki, kicking him in the back and sending him flying.
Boruto charged at Mitsuki at an incredibly fast pace from every direction, and Mitsuki was forced to simply absorb the blond's blows.
"Finally, let me treat you to my new Rasengan." Boruto formed a Rasengan in his hand, only it wasn't blue like a regular one, but black with two golden rings. It resembled a mini bijuudame—Dai Reseringu!
Mitsuki received an attack that knocked him to the ground and also caused a powerful explosion, leaving a large crater in the ground.
