Each of these orbs represented a different world, and her repetitive job was to fuse these worlds together.

They were of varying heights. The tallest looked to be nearly two meters, while the shortest was only about one meter. Only the man in the middle was of average height, but he was rail-thin and wore a chain around his neck, giving him an unsettling vibe.
"Those three don't look like good people. They look like thugs. Let's go around."
Kazuma whispered to Aqua, keeping his eyes on the three unfriendly-looking men. But he got no response.
He whipped his head around, only to find the spot next to him empty. He looked back and saw Aqua already walking right up to the men, waving.
"Hey, do you guys know where the Adventurer's Guild is?" Aqua asked the trio of thugs with a smile.
"Adventurer's Guild? What the hell is that?"
The three men paused for a second, then their expressions simultaneously turned vicious.
"Don't change the subject! Hand over all your money!"
"Oh, so you're robbers? You've picked the wrong person! I am the one and only Goddess, worshiped by the Axis Cult! I suggest you repent now! Turn back from your wicked ways!"
Aqua puffed out her chest, glancing back at Kazuma with an extremely proud look.
"Axis Cult? What the hell is that? I don't know what you're rambling about, but you're really starting to piss me off. If you don't hand over the money, you're going to regret it!"
"You're underestimating me. No matter what, I'm still a goddess, you know!" Aqua said with a grin.
"You can do it, Aqua!"
Kazuma cheered from the sidelines. He wanted to see if Aqua, as a goddess, possessed any extraordinary power.
"Take this—"
Before Aqua could cast any magic, one of the men's fists had already connected with her face.
Aqua's facial muscles distorted instantly.
A few seconds later, Aqua was kneeling on the ground, her face black and blue.
