Synopsis
Caelum Ardentis was just a reader. A mortal boy from another world who died with a book in his hand—Extra’s Death: I Am the Son of Hades. But death wasn’t his end. He awakens in a mythic world where descendants of gods rule through power, wealth, and divine authority. Unlike them, he begins as nothing—weak, nameless, Rust-tier. Until lightning strikes. Chosen as the First and Only Descendant of Zeus, Caelum inherits the Zeus System, a path to climb the Divine Tiers from Rust all the way to Omega, the throne of true godhood. With trials that test his body, soul, and will, he awakens powers unseen since Olympus fell. By his side stands his older brother Richa, heir to their house, who loves and protects him unconditionally. But beyond their bond lies a brutal world: rival descendants, warring divine factions, and shadows of the gods themselves. As Caelum’s spark grows into storms, he forges his own legend—wielding lightning, commanding the skies, and one day forging a divine sword capable of turning into thunder itself. He is no extra. No forgotten pawn. He is Caelum Ardentis, Heir of the Thunder King—the one destined to shake heaven, earth, and the remnants of Olympus.

Chapter 1 - Death of a Reader

The words blurred together as I tried to keep my eyes open. It was late, way past midnight, but the novel had me hooked. Extra's Death: I Am the Son of Hades.

A nobody becomes the heir of a god. His life flips upside down. His suffering turns to power.

"Damn… lucky bastard," I muttered, flipping the page on my phone.

My chest ached. At first, I thought it was just exhaustion. But the pain spread fast, ripping through me like fire. My vision dimmed, my phone slipped from my hand, and the world collapsed into silence.

The last thing I saw was the line of text glowing on the screen: "This is not the end, but the beginning of the heir's story."

When I opened my eyes again, I wasn't in my room.

The sky was painted with constellations I'd never seen before. Marble columns rose around me, etched with thunderbolts and ancient words.

And then came the voice.

A blue window floated before me.

My body trembled. Not from fear, but because I could feel it—raw power, lightning humming inside my veins.

Before I could comprehend it all, someone grabbed my shoulders.

"Brother!"

I turned. A tall man with sharp features, golden eyes, and an aura of nobility pulled me into his arms. His clothes were expensive, his bearing regal, but his voice cracked with worry.

"You're awake. Thank the gods."

This was my older brother—I didn't know how, but my memories told me his name. Richa.

The heir of our family. Wealthy, admired, talented… yet he was smiling at me like I was the most important person in the world.

"You scared me half to death. Don't ever collapse like that again," he said, patting my head. "You're my little brother. I won't let anything happen to you."

My chest tightened—not from pain, but from warmth.

In my old world, I died reading about someone else's story. But now… now it was my turn.

I wasn't an extra anymore.

I was the descendant of Zeus.

And someday, with thunder in my hands, I would become the strongest demigod this world had ever seen.
