Chapter 1 - Good bye Canada, hello Los Angeles

A black mercedez pulled up in front of a beautiful apartment in Nok street.

"Finally, we're here, Everyone down we got luggages to unpack" a deep male voice said in a black Canadian accent.

"Oh!!, this place is the worst" I said angrily. "You just got here" Jeremiah said angrily looking at me.

"You just got here" I mimicked jokingly. "If you really hate this place so much why not move back to Canada chicken head" he said to calm his nerves. "Yeh yeh yeh yeh yeh yeh" I sang.

Will you all stop with this bickering" Mom yelled out almost as if her voice would explode the car. "He started it" I said pointing fingers. "So help me God just one slip off and y'all are heading straight to grandma Jojo's house" She threatened.

"Oh! No not grandma Jojo's" Jeremiah said. "She's nice and all but she's a cat lady" I said.

"Please mom we cannot go there" we both pleaded.

"Better get your attitudes right" Mom said with a smile of victory.

"We are not getting any younger, the luggages need to be moved now" Dad said already outside.

"Jordan are you listening to your dad" mom asked Jordan who seemed lost to the music he was vibing on with his headset.

" Jordan!" She yelled giving him a good smack. "Yo mum what's up " he asked startled.

" Luggage --- movee----- inside " mom said in her weird way. " Okay got you mom" he moves down.

" Now the rest of you down, even you ken" she said In a serious tone. " Mom am so tired" Ken said after zoning out for long. "you' ll rest after we're done moving the luggage" She said quickly as she was already carrying a cartoon box.
