Jax checked his phone on his nearby bed-stand, seeing it was Saturday and immediately leaned back into his bed, flopping back onto the pillow.
As he turned over, his golden eyes met a sight that brought a smirk to his lips. Lying next to him was a stunning woman, her tousled hair cascading over the pillow.

A sharp, defined face, with smooth brown skin and a strong jawline, striking gold eyes that are screened by thin, gold-rimmed glasses that sit comfortably on his face. Thick dark hair, worn in loose, tousled curls and he was athletic, standing at 6'8.
Although he was only 18, he looked like a man in his prime. It was a bonus he had received from this second life, and a bonus he certainly wasn't going to waste.

The hum grew louder, its pitch climbing steadily until it was almost unbearable. The light in the room shifted, dimming unnaturally, before suddenly bursting into a cascade of radiant energy.
Golden and crimson hues swirled together in intricate patterns, lines of glowing runes forming on the walls, ceiling, and floor.
"SYSTEM??" Jax immediately asked.

"As if my 2nd life wasn't crazy enough." he barked, his voice firm.

And then, it happened. The runes converged, swirling together into a singular point of light directly above him. The energy burst outward, and Jax felt a sudden, overwhelming pull.
The light swallowed him whole, and with a final, resounding hum, Jax vanished.
