Before she could react, two men stepped out of the car.

"Get in."
Roshni took a step back, fear in her eyes but a hint of courage in her voice—
"I'm not going anywhere… Who are you?"
The men moved closer, and her breath hitched.

A deep, commanding voice cut through the air—
"Let her go."
Everything froze.
The two men instantly stepped back, as if they had just faced death itself.
Roshni slowly turned around…
And saw him.
Rayan.
Tall, powerfully built… his black shirt slightly unbuttoned, the wet fabric outlining his strong physique.
His sharp jawline, light stubble… and those eyes—dark, intense, dangerous.
A gaze that could break someone in seconds.
His presence alone screamed power.
He walked toward her slowly…
Each step making the air feel heavier.
Roshni's heart pounded… yet she couldn't look away.
"Do you know who I am?"
His voice was calm… controlled… but carried a hidden storm.
Roshni shook her head.
A faint, dangerous smile touched his lips.
"Good."
He stepped closer… so close that she could feel his breath.
"…because people who know me,"
he said slowly,
"don't live long enough to remember."
Roshni's body trembled.
Fear…
Anger…
And a strange pull.
This man was dangerous…
Yet, she couldn't look away.
Rayan kept staring at her… as if reading her soul.
