I never really liked books,
All I ever liked were the ways people wrote, how easy the words they wrote seem to flow.
I don't like books.
I like reading though.
I could never finish a book.

"Hey man!" A rough smack to my shoulder woke me up from my daze, I chuckle as I greet Marvin, my best friend of 3 years
"What do you like so much out there that you're staring for so long? Is it that chick with the short hair from last time?" He smirked
"Wipe that smirk off your face, you look like a pervert" I laughed at him. "Nah I'm just looking" I answered
"Looking?" He inquired
"Yeah, Just looking" I said
"Well that's boring but you know what's not boring? Ashley's Party Later, I got us invitations~" he sang the last part as he slammed the poster in front of me
"Like paper invitations" "no dude, that's so lame" I squinted my eyes as I looked at him.
"Don't you remember what happened at her party last time? You got drunk and ended up cheating on your girl"
"Ok that was..a one time.." I looked at him blankly, "..two time thing" he shrugged his shoulders "plus we're not together no more, she dumped me" he sighed
"Damn bro, when?" "Shit like two days ago, but enough about her, you coming right?" He leaned closer
I really didn't feel like it, and knowing Marvin, he was gonna ditch me for any girl that would walk up to him. But I didn't wanna stay cooped up in my room anymore.
"Yeah I'm coming" he breaks into a huge grin as he pats my back "you won't regret it"
With that, the bell rings and it's time to go back home. Marvin and I walk together before parting ways.
Soon enough I see my house just ahead.
I stop a bit and just look inside where I can see my mom and my stepdad laughing with his children and the one they made.
I sighed and just resumed walking.
I unlocked the door and all the laughter and warmth of the house seemed to be sucked away by the void of my stepfather's forhead.
"Ah honey, would you like to join us? I can cook you up something really quickly, so come participate" my mom quickly said.
She was always like that. I didn't have a problem with my mom, I know she loves me just as much as her other children, but I just can't seem to connect with them and him.
"No thanks, but thanks mom" I continue going up into my room and just sinking into a deep nap.
A few hours later and I'm washing up and getting ready to head to the party, as I head downstairs I hear a sharp bell sound in my head
I clutch my head as I breathe out a sharp exhale "shit!" The loud sound brings pain for what feels like seconds before fading away.
"What the hell.." I shake my head and continue going down
"where are you going?" I pause in my steps and look towards my right. My stepsister's lounging on the sofa as she asks me.
"Party, tell mom I'll be back at 12"
She opens her mouth to speak again but shuts it. I leave and start walking to Ashley's house.
She doesn't live far from where I live, it's a given tho, it's a small town.
I arrive there in 10 minutes and spot Marvin mingling with some chick
He spots me too as he comes over to me
"Dude! Ur kinda late to the party!" He brings me in for a quick side hug. "There's no such thing as being late to a party, Especially Ashely's. Her parties last til 5am" we laugh at my words.
"Trueeee" he smiles wildly
"Wow this is my second time yet I can never get over how freaking huge she throws her parties" I say in awe
"Its Ashely Mont bro, her parties are always huge" "you're right" "well let's stop standing and get to partying!! Woooo" we went to go mingle with the chicks
We partied and danced with them
And finally we got to drink
"Bro..Youre not really gonna drink that are you? You're not supposed to mix different alcohols together" I kindly advise Marvin who mixed Whiskey, Cranberry juice and Tequila.
"Bro relaaaxxx, it's only a one time thing" as he prepares to chug, a girl bumps into him. "Yo wtf?!" He yells. The girl quickly apologizes before heading back into partying
I pat his back, "take is as a sign bro"
He sighs as he sadly puts down his cup
"Wanna go for a smoke?" He whips out his pen as he smirks at me

Fast forward to us just smoking in her Garden
"Sss this one is from a different plug" Marvin says as he takes a puff
"Shit it's a bit strong" I say as I cough
"Haha thats cause this is your first time man, the more u do it, the less you cough"
We just smoke for about a minute before I break the silence
"I feel..a little hot" I say as I grip my collar
It isn't long before I feel aroused

Marvin finally looks at me and widens his eyes, "BRO?!"
"Marvin..is it laced?" I say trying to keep my mind off of my arousal.

"Marvin…" "y-yeah?" "Can you..um this feels weird to say but I wanna say it anyway" I scooch closer to him and unzip my pants

I guess he turned to me at one point since he covers it up with his hand. We get to my house but I don't get off

"Are your parents home?" I ask out of the blue
Marvin seems to taken aback before saying no "they went on a business trip yesterday. why?" He gulps
"Let's go to your place" I say
"What? Why?" I stay silent for a moment "Just drive" I continue. he studies my face for a bit before nodding, "okay".
The silence stretches for an eternity until I feel heat rising up to my lower region
'Shit…not this shit again' I squeeze my eyes shut before feeling an electric touch on my thigh. I open my eyes to face Marvin
"Are you okay"

Even though he could've gone around me, he put his leg in between mine as he reached for the controller, in a motion that made it appear as if he was going to hug me.
He grabbed hold of the controllers and was about to pick up his leg back away til I grabbed his wrist.
