Chapter 1 - 001

Kira's pov:

★★Alpha King Luca★★

That name was a heavy, suffocating weight that hung over every corner of the world. Whether you were a human struggling to survive, a hybrid caught between two lives, or a creature of the night; vampire, werewolf, or witch; you knew that name. It was more than a title; it was the name of a living god, an emperor whose power had no limits.

To the public, he was the King of Kings, the untouchable ruler of all supernatural beings. He was a trillionaire with the face of a young man, but his eyes held the weight of centuries. He was so handsome it was devastating that just a look from him could stop people in the street. He had a magnetic pull that made people want to drop to their knees and offer themselves up by begging him "to fuck them" just to be noticed by him.

But that beauty was a trap. He was a monster in the bedroom, a man with terrifying desires, yet he was like a ghost in conversation. He didn't speak to explain himself or to offer comfort. He only gave commands.

And I was destined to be just another shadow in his palace.

★★★★

Well I…. think.

I should introduce myself properly. My name is Kira/Eren Yamato. I am an omega. To the world, I look like a boy- Eren, but in my heart, I am a girl- kira. My life wasn't always this complicated. Before I turned eighteen, I had a family… a home filled with enough love to protect us from anything.

But our lives were built on a lie. My father had been missing for months ever since my mom was admitted to the hospital from a few months back he became a ghost who left nothing behind but massive debt. My brother, Kiko, had been struck by a sickness so bad he hadn't been able to walk for months. And then there was my mother.

I remember that final afternoon perfectly. The air in the kitchen was thick with the smell of the soup I was making to take to her at the hospital. I was humming, trying to stay positive, when the phone rang.

The voice on the other end was flat and cold. She was gone. My mother passed away during childbirth.

The world didn't just shake; it shattered. My heart felt like it was being ripped apart by blunt blades. I dropped my phone, the screen cracking into a spider-web pattern on the floor, and I ran. I ran until my lungs burned and my legs felt like lead, straight to the hospital.

When I burst into the maternity ward, breathless and sobbing, the silence hit me first. There was no crying baby. There was no mother resting in a bed.

"Nurse, excuse me nurse... please, where is my mother?" I gasped, grabbing the desk for support.

The nurse looked down, her shoulders sagging in a practiced look of pity. "We are sorry to tell you that she passed away after delivery."

"I am fucking aware!" I screamed, my grief turning into sharp, desperate anger. "Now tell me where her body is! Are they not in the ward?"

Before she could answer, the double doors at the end of the hall swung open. Doctors and security guards ran out, their faces pale with panic. "Security! Security! Someone just got away with a corpse and a live baby!"

I grabbed a passing doctor by his white coat, my fingers shaking. "Doctor, where is my mother?, where is Mrs Yamato"

He stopped, putting his hands to his head in disbelief. "I am so sorry, Miss Yamato. I think... your father disappeared with them."

The name felt like a punch to my stomach. "What? My father? Are you sure? My father has been missing for the past few months"

I reached for my phone to show him a picture of my father, to know if the man who ran away from my dick mother was the same man who came to take my mother, but the empty pocket reminded me I'd left it at home. "Gosh I forgot it at home... okay. Please, do you know where I can confirm if it was really him?" It can't just happened, my father can't come out from anywhere to claim my mother's body without coming to check on us or waiting for me to arrive, yes I know that she isn't my birth mother but she brought me up as if I was her own child so I deserve to at least see her and bid her farewell

"Come, I will show you"

He led me to the security room, a cold, dark space filled with glowing monitors. "Here, look."

"Thank you"

I leaned in, my eyes stinging as they zoomed in on the grainy footage of the back exit. My breath caught. There he was. The man who had abandoned us to take care of my mom alone It was really him. Tears blurred my vision. How? After all this time, how dare he show up now just to steal her away? I didn't even get to say goodbye. I didn't even get to see her face one last time.

"Please, is there a way we can catch him?" I whispered, but the doctor's face was grim.

"We will try our best, but for now, you have to go home. We will call you when we have a lead."

"Aren't we supposed to go to the police station or...?"

"Your father is a wanted man," the doctor reminded me gently. "It's best if we handle it this way."

He was right. My father was a man of shadows. He had taken a loan of over $5 million, and you would think that money was spent on school or necessity but no, money we never saw. He hadn't used it for Kiko's medicine or the house. He had gambled it all away, believing the lie that he'd eventually "win it back." He even manipulated my mother, promising her a perfect life and luxury, while we suffered.

But now, he had her body. And he had the baby. A cold fear settled in my stomach. If he was back, he wasn't just a gambler anymore, he was a predator, my brother… My eyes opened. I didn't even feel like a person whose mother just passed. All I cared for at that moment was my brother. if my father was able to kidnap my mom from the hospital I don't think my brother is safe with.

"Kiko," I whispered, the realization hitting me. I had left my sick brother all alone.

I bolted out of the hospital and didn't stop until I reached our small house. "Kiko!" I screamed, throwing the door open.

"Kira, stay back! Don't come close!" Kiko's voice came from the

living room, high and tight with terror.
