I'm Ron, 15 years old, an orphan, and struggling to survive every day. Working five jobs to support myself and to pay for my education, a small apartment that barely stands, and other necessaries.
"Ahh, good morning to myself, another day, another struggle," while he is preparing his breakfast.
"Alright! Let's dig in."
After his breakfast he went to shower. "I wonder when I will be able to live a comfortable life like my classmates," he said to himself, holding back his tears from bursting out.
After bathing, he ironed his uniform and wore it. As he was ready to leave the house, he saw his old neighbor coming towards him. "Hey, Grandma, good morning! enthusiastically greet, "Good morning, Kid. Here, take this extra dish I made for you."
"Oh, thank you, Grandma. I'm going to eat this after school."
"Alright kid, go now; you'll be late." She waved to say goodbye.
"Bye, Grandma, thank you!! " while running.
"Phew! I thought I was late again," panting and sweating.
"Yo bro, did you know that we are having an exam today? " This is Ron's best friend, Rock.
"What!? I did not know that; I didn't study anything." He sat in despair.
"Oh right, I wonder how Lei is doing." Lei is the one who took Ron's heart.
"Good morning, Lei."
"Heyy, good morning, Ron. Did you study for the exam? "
"Unfortunately I didn't know that we're going to have an exam today. What about you? "
"Oh, that's bad, but I know that you can pass this exam. I studied last night, so I'm sure that I can pass this."
"Alright everyone settle down, we're going to have an examination for today; I hope you all studied well."
"Oh no, I hope I can pass this exam with my stock knowledge," he said to himself.
While they are busy answering their exam papers, something happens that will change not only their lives but the whole world drastically.
"AHHHHH NOOO, HELP!"
"HELP, SOMEONE HELP."
"RUNNN EVERYONE."
Screaming and uproarious people.
"G-g-guys, look outside…" said one of Ron's classmates.
A massive black portal appeared out of nowhere, sucking everything around it.
"What is that thing…?"
"Bro, let's run before we get sucked by that thing," Rock said.
"Alright, let's go RUN."
Ron and Rock ran from the 4th floor of their building to the 1st floor to escape; a few seconds later, their classmates and teacher followed them.
"The portal stopped sucking everything," said one of his classmates.
A moment later, students and teachers went outside to check what's happening after the portal stopped creating a force that caused it to suck everything.
"Tskkkkkk"
"Kkrkkrk"
"Eeeeee"
An unknown sound is coming from the portal.
"Look, there's something coming out of the portal."
"A MONSTER RUNNN"
The crowd panicked and ran to save themselves from the orc that is two times the size of an adult human male.
Many people died because of the orc slaughtering anyone he sees.
While some students and teachers hid themselves, a few minutes later their whole body shone for a minute, and they felt a surge of power through their body. Some threw up, felt an excruciating pain in their whole body, and passed out because of this unknown power, but some endured it.
"What is happening to us? " Ron murmured.
"Hey, bro, look at that; someone is fighting that monster."
"Hmmm." Ron focuses his gaze on the orc.
"Yo Rock, I think I know why and how that guy is able to fight that monster…"
"Why and how? "
"Do you feel that energy in our body just now? "
"Yeah? What about it?"
"I think we got a power from it."
"I can sense and predict those orc movements, bro." Ron's exciting and confused tone
"Woah, bro, I think you hit your head. No way such a thing exists. Come on, there is no time for us to joke around."
"Look at that guy fighting the orc."
"No way, that guy is tanking that orc's punches."
"See, and now I figured out what my powers are." Ron dashes towards the orc and the guy at lightning speed.
"Yo, I see that you figured out your powers quickly. What's your name? "
"There is no time for introductions; help me kill this monster and save my girlfriend."
"I see, so that is why you are fighting and risking your life. Don't worry, I will help you."
As the fight continued and both sides were in bad shape, the guy unfortunately lost a lower limb because of the punch of the orc.
"Arhh, I can't afford to lose; my girlfriend is in the orc's belly."
"W-what? That orc can put a thing in its belly? " Ron's holding his laughter.
"Y-y-yes, it can," coughs blood due to its severe bleeding.
"Hey, you should rest for now. I know you can survive for at least an hour."
"A-are you s-s-sure?" coughs more blood
"Yes, and tell me your name after this because I can't accept not knowing your name before you die, okay?"
"Alright, alright." The guy backed down while catching his breath.
"Now that we are alone, I don't know if I can keep up with you." Ron stretches and positions himself.
"๑_ʖ┐エ┌" orc's unknown language.
"What the heck are you yapping about? I don't speak tacos."
"Let me try some technique I discovered just now."

And suddenly Ron gets scared and pees himself hearing the word "death."
Ron doesn't care about anything and anyone except saving himself and surviving.
