Synopsis
Yet again, earthlings were summoned. A dying and corrupted god of time appeared on Earth with just his eye—No body. He took earthlings aged 12 to 60 to reincarnate them in a new world, and placed them in a time loop. {Of course, to save it, but he died before he could tell the purpose to the earthlings}. Ganesh, one of the earthlings, chose slime as his starting race for a powerful trait—Eternal Mastery [Mythic] and found himself in a slime farm where slimes are harvested for food by humans. Said trait helps him carry masteries, non-class skills, and non-racial skills to the next loop. [ Ding! You have evolved from Slime to Fire Slime {Common} ] Slime—Water Slime {Common}. In each loop, he tries out new racial evolutions: Poisonous Slime, ... Elemental Slime {Uncommon}, Spirit Slime {Rare}... [ Ding! You have evolved into Dragon Slime {Legendary} ] ... evolved into Primordial Slime {Mystic}... Read it to find out the new slime's journey and how he breaks out of the time loop of the time god. Will he succeed in saving the world from those eldritch creatures or not? Or will he be corrupted like the time god? Daily update. I hope you all will like it.

Chapter 1—Beginning.

Grr Roarr!

A loud squawk echoed through the open forest field.

"Faer'fen aer'lir tyras!" "ᛠᚠᚫᛚᛏ" "Fire Dragon Breath!"

A shining white dragon, barely half a meter long, spat out flames from its mouth.

Burning red hot flames rushed straight at the cute liquid jumping ball in front.

Dragon breath turned the surrounding red due to high temperature, setting the grass and nearby trees ablaze!

'I am done for, that puny dragon! Who uses dragon breath on a slime like me?' A big multicolored ball mused, wiping its non-existent tears with its liquid arms.

"Ahh!" The slime screamed as its body started to disintegrate from the surface to the core.

The flame swept through the slime and continued to burn everything in its way until it hit the mountain in the middle of the forest, causing smoke to rise as the mountain burst apart with an explosion.

Dark scorch marks appeared on the ground as the aftermath of the flame.

Grr!

The small dragon stopped its fire breath, puffed up its mouth, and smiled joyfully.

------

A small and cute blue liquid ball appeared in the nothingness, which had no beginning or end.

'I miss those days, gaming with friends, noodles and coke…' The slime mused bitterly, not caring about the black void around itself. It was not the first time he found himself in that place.

The silence was annoying him.

[ Timeline... has ended ]

[ Begin the new timeline…? ]

A red-colored panel popped up in front of him, and it kept shimmering.

"Tch!" He clicked his tongue, and ripples spread across his fluid body.

"Stop! I want to go home. Please, I cannot do this anymore." He snapped. He couldn't take it anymore.

He wanted to return home. He had been stuck in a never-ending loop.

"How many loops has it been, and how many years since I breathed the air of Earth?" He asked himself, knowing the system wouldn't speak.

He knew for a fact that everyone possessed a system in the new world, and it wasn't an intelligent one to communicate with.

[ It's …th loop and it has been …years since Earthlings were placed in the loop ] A melodious gentle sound echoed through the empty black void.

"Whooo! Miss?" His body shook as he jumped up. He looked around, never expecting someone else to be in the black void.

[ I am A̷̰͇̝͕̺̗̯͔̤̦̪̻̹̜̽͂͗͆̒̈̕͝i̶̮̺̭̰̦̦̣̪̬̖͖͍̦̮̬̜̫̤͇͑͑̄͒̀̅̄̃́͒̒̿̐̆̎̄̋̀̚͜͠ͅg̶̛͋͑̓͋̅̀̈̊̐͗̒̀̈́̆͝͠͠͝#$#] The voice continued, but it turned garbled when it introduced itself.

"Huh? Who again?" He asked, as he couldn't understand the second part.

[…It doesn't matter now, does it? I just want to inform you that even if I send you back, you won't meet with your parents or your siblings. They are stuck in a loop like you.. ] The female voice informed, understanding that he was not powerful enough to comprehend even its name.

"Why! I mean, why? Why are Earthlings always targeted?" He yelled. He was done with looping. "Do you know what it feels like to die, not once or twice—I died more than… hehe, I forgot, but it should be more than hundreds of times." He looked down at the end.

Nothingness. Empty black space appeared in his vision.

[ Do you want Mama Slime, Slime#1, Slime#4 to stay dead? ] The voice asked, instead of explaining serious matters.

Mama Slime, the parent of his body in the new world. Slime#1 and Slime#4 were his best followers.

Their cute faces flashed in his eyes as his body twitched; he shut his eyes.

Sighing, he questioned, "Why did the Time God create time loops and throw Earthlings in them instead of choosing exceptional people and training them as the next Time God?"

[ You will know it in the future ] Voice answered, making him twitch.

Again, the reason was sidelined.

He blinked his big eyes; his viscous liquid body shook with nostalgia as he remembered the day when it all began.

-----

October 21, 2027, Earth.

"Hah, it's been a long day." A young man in his twenties sighed while walking on the road with many others, as it was illuminated by the street lamps and the shining moon.

Guu!

His stomach rumbled; he rubbed his stomach due to discomfort.

'It will be too late when I reach home,' he mused, glancing at his watch.

He started looking at the restaurants while walking. His house was five kilometers away from the office.

He was too busy with desk work daily, so he made sure that he got a little exercise by walking. He quickly spotted a restaurant, which was good-looking. 'Nice smell.'

He quickly glanced at the menu on the advertisement of the restaurant building. He entered the restaurant, deciding on what to eat for dinner.

It screamed luxury, with high-end chandeliers on the floor, big screens on walls on all sides, each playing the same movie.

The neatly arranged chairs and tables made from mahogany made his eyes twitch.

'Ahh, I think I should leave. It's not my budget level.' He patted his torn wallet, turning back with bitterness.

'I will return one day, mark my words.' He cheered himself up to forget his poverty.

"Hey! Ganesh? Is that you?" A stern voice sounded, calling out to him.

He pivoted and found the owner of the voice, who was a big muscular man in a plain shirt and shorts.

"Hey! How are you, Rajesh?" Ganesh asked, pleasantly surprised by him.

"Fine. Looks like you're still careful about money. It's fine, this hotel is mine. You can visit whenever you want, the restaurant will cover you," he said, pulling him to an empty chair.

Ganesh sat on the ornate chair while rubbing his hair.

"Go ahead, order what you like." Rajesh placed the menu and called the waiter. "Sam, Sam."

"This one...and this..." Ganesh pointed out the dishes he liked.

"How are you? It's been five years since our college ended, right?" Rajesh asked, feeling nostalgic about those days.

Laughter echoed as they chatted about their college days and those funny moments.

"Here, sir, your order." The waiter placed the dishes on the table.

Ganesh picked up his fork and started eating the chicken noodles he ordered.

But before he could even take five bites—Boom! Boom!

The sky cracked, thunder roared through the heavens, and a large blood-red eye formed in the crack; it made the very air of earth tighten.

Ganesh and Rajesh felt the atmosphere getting heavier, but the former didn't care much, focused only on his dinner.

"Hello, earthlings!" A loud hoarse voice echoed through the Earth.

"What was that?" Rajesh finally stood up in shock and rushed out to check.

'I just hope it doesn't affect me and my food,' Ganesh thought, as he kept slurping.

"I am the God of Time...I am on the verge of death..." The hoarse voice continued, as the red eye pulsed with veins around its body.

The fork in his hand fell to the ground when he heard the words 'God of Time'.

"No! No, it cannot be." He muttered while shoving a chicken leg in his mouth.

'This kind of thing only happens in novels.' He quickly picked the best parts, like chicken legs, nuggets, which he shoved into his mouth.

"I am here to select the best candidate for my inheritor," The God of Time declared.
