Synopsis
Unending means Eternal, Nightmare means Fear. Put them together and you get an eternity of fear. Even that can get boring after countless hours proportionally met by countless deaths. --- Ren was the son of a candlemaker who tried to fly to close to the sun and got infected by its light in a country plagued by elitist mentality, an invasion from unnatural Barbarians and now Abyssal Anchors bringing forth what would soon be called the FALL of the world. Nightmarish Totem Gods cobbled together from whatever beast they could get their hands on? Commanders who would give a spear to a child and call it a day? Abyssal Anchors echoing fragments of the past as they drag the world ever so deeper into its grasp? Ren need walk no further since it's all going to be knocking on his doors. And he needn't worry about dying from all these nightmares made flesh as they broke down his front door and made a feast from his intestines. With an ancient power granted to him by a similarly ancient system swallowed by the place where everything shall eventually end, the Abyssal Records open up a door to Ren's personal little Unending Nightmare. It honestly should be called a perpetual annoyance in his honest opinion

'Naive look my ass' Ren rolled his one good eye, the one not plagued by a constant ache as he crumpled up the sheet of paper.

Maybe at some point in time he looked naive, but with a couple dozen deaths under his belt, it was a miracle that there was even a face he could look at from the reflection on the lake.

Throwing the sheet of paper into the dying flames and feeding its embers, the paper popped and crackled as the orange flame lit up the cave system and revealed the guest slowly approaching.

"I was wondering when you would appear."

Getting up and off of the ground, Ren didn't bother to wipe off the dust from his body as the newcomer Glared at his general direction.

Ren gave a spiteful grin in return despite knowing it was unable to see his smile at all. He was the one to remove all three of its eyes after all.

"Let's try for two legs this time"

A grey tinted face slowly floated besides him as it held the dagger in similar fashion.

"This was once my Unending Nightmare."

He kicked off of the ground and felt all his muscles rip and tear as they pushed far beyond their natural limits.

Blood streaming from his face in gallons, Ren grinned madly.

"Now it's yours."
