Chapter 1 - Reincarnation

I was sitting on my throne, my feelings were confused. I was afraid, but at the same time, I was not paralyzed nor powerless. I felt a real desire to move forward with the plan. It was truly confusing.

Cal told me that everything was already ready, we just needed to wait for the hero Zev to enter the castle. It was I who came up with the idea for the plan, and all the deaths would be my fault. Even though I asked them to leave and let me face the hero and his companions alone, my allies still did not want to leave me by myself, even knowing that we would all die.

I stood up and went to one of the many windows in the royal hall. I kept watching a mage. She was beautiful, and the movements she made were graceful, as if she were conducting an orchestra. The movements were slow, but precise. How much spiritual energy was she using?

Besides that, her breasts drew my attention, my sight was sharp enough to see that her nipples seemed aroused, my sense of smell could pick up sexual excitement, but she was too far away for me to sense the sweet scent of pleasure.

Without a doubt, her mana core must have been at the maximum level, or close to it. Then again, the maximum level was confusing. No one really knew for sure what the limit of power was, it only existed to categorize people strong enough that all means of measuring energy could no longer quantify them. So, the difference in power between people at the maximum level was very discrepant.

Her green hair contrasted with the red flames coming from the wand. Without a doubt, it was one of the most beautiful scenes I had ever seen, there was beauty in her whole body and in every movement. Her legs had a lovely shape, her ass must have been beautiful too, dying suffocated by her sitting on my face would be better than being crushed by the ceiling.

The main gate was broken. No guard was there, they had all left.

The hero had an army behind him. The number of soldiers was not that large, but it would be a great victory to have them all executed at once. That would allow my successor to reclaim our territory and resume the plans to destroy the human Kingdom.

The hero was looking in all directions. He was confused and did not understand why the castle was unguarded. That did not make him any less cautious, which was expected of someone who held the position of hero.

Vespera entered the hall, she was nervous. Then Sorene, and after that, Cal. The three of them looked at each other, as if they were hiding something, but that no longer mattered, we were all going to die.

No, in fact, it did matter. I knew about Cal's plans. He was afraid that I would refuse and oppose the plan of us being resurrected, since it involved forbidden spiritual practices. But at that moment, I no longer cared about that. No one could prove that we had broken the rules, nor would we be punished if more people found out, since, in my position, I could do almost anything I wanted, as long as it was not against the Council.

I sat on the throne, and the three stood behind me, Vespera came to my front and I squeezed her breasts, that somehow calmed me, Sorene just kept watching, she felt jealous, but she knew I liked to squeeze Vespera's giant breasts. After a few minutes, the hero entered the hall. His gaze carried all the hatred humans had against demons. My gaze was calm. Even hating humans, I still had to remain calm and not show all my hatred. That was the behavior demons expected from a Demon King, a title that only had value on paper. I was not the true ruler, I only had privileges.

But behind closed doors I was different, in fact everyone already expected that from me, since the more sexual desire a Demon Lord had, the more energy and strength he was also supposed to have.

I did not quite understand that look, since he was not from this world. Maybe it was something all humans had in common, that hatred for different beings.

The hero pointed his sword at me. He was shouting. His voice was not trembling, the sound had no variation, it was as if he had trained his voice to speak in that tone. I gave a slight laugh.

"What are your last words?" I asked a few seconds before a great explosion in the hall. The ceiling began to collapse, and we were all crushed to death.

I had always been curious about the place we really went after death. I did not know if there was an afterlife, but it would be interesting if it really existed. That only if Cal's plan failed. I really did not have any confidence in that resurrection plan.

I was not feeling pain, only the naked body of Vespera and then of Sorene came to my mind, that image of the two of them naked calmed me.

When I opened my eyes, I saw a whole ceiling and, around me, walls. I was in a room, a bit simple, but cozy. I got up from the bed and felt a great headache, as if it were about to explode. I felt dizzy and fell to the floor. After a few minutes, I got up as if nothing had happened.

I was in another body, that of a five-year-old boy. He was the fifth son of a fallen noble. But that was not the worst part. Now, I was a human.
