"As you were all aware, three months ago was you all Genetic awakening. From F-Rank which is the lowest, all the way to S-Rank the speed of absorbing genetic energy is determined by one's genetic talent. "
"Two thousand years ago, the Galactic Primordial Civilization World collided with our world, spewing forth dimensional creatures of horrors, creating dimensional zones, portals and forbidden grounds, nearly wiping 80 percent of the world's population."
"However, with this invasion came the surge of genetic energy. With genetic energy, the human body began to adapt, growing stronger, breaking genetic limits after limits and eventually awakening genetic talents and eventually battling the dimensional creatures to a stand still."
"After all this time, of battling, ancient ruins exploration and testing, we have advanced beyond our horizons. Our technologies have received several breakthroughs letting even ordinary humans to use genetic energy for everyday lives."
As Professor David spoke excitedly about the History Of Genetic Theory, his eyes inadvertently glanced to the back corner of the class and the excitement in his eyes vanished.
At the end corner of the class, a tall muscular youth with pale skin and an extremity handsome face could be seen staring blankly at the board.
The students noticing their professor sudden change in expression blinked their eyes and looked back curiously.
The moment they spotted the handsome youth at the backend of the lecture hal, they chuckled to themselves as they discussed amongst each other.
"Hehe, Professor is really angry this time, isn't he?"
"Can you imagine sending your clone to attend classes for you? It's really disgusting and disrespectful to the lecturers!"
"Hehe, at this rate, he seemed to have given up in becoming a Genetic warrior."
"From a genius hailed to be seen in a hundred years to trash that awakened an F-rank talent, I don't blame him for crashing out this bad."
"But it's been more then 3 months since the awakening ceremony."
"Hahahaha! It's nobody's fault but his for awakening trash talent. A clone that doesn't have a single bit of combat prowess is useless and can only be used as a scout."
As the students discussed amongst each other, the Professor took in a deep breath and managed to control his anger.
He also sympathized with the kid as everyone in the university had high hopes for him three months ago during one awakening ceremony due to his latent talent, but who would have thought he would awaken the lowest ranked Genetic Talent instead.
It was extremely emotional.
"After this class, I should speak to this kid severely."
While he sympathized with him, he couldn't stand still and watch the kid waste his life away just because of a single set back.

"Zzzzz-.zZzzz"
"Bang!" "Bang!" "Bang!"
Legion was startled awake by the sudden knock on his door.
His eyes groggily opened as he groaned at the massive headache assaulting him.
"Wh-o."
Hearing his voice sounding like a chicken being slaughtered, he immediately cleared his throat.
"Eh-em! Who is there?"
It's still sounded weird but Legion didn't give a sh-t at this point. His swiped his index and middle fingers slowly against his wrist and deactivated the Zero-gravity bed.
His floating body slowly fell to the circular platform on the ground.
"Is the lecture over already? How come the clone is knocking?" He grumbled as he shifted the smelly cloth on his path with his legs and crossed over a few bottles of liquor before arriving at the door.
"I said who is there?"
Just as he opened the steel door and popped his head, a massive hand clamped against his face and forcefully drew him out in a single yank.
Legion was immediately furious!
"You dare!? You crazy motherfucker! Do you want to die young? I think you don't value your life!"
"If you don't release this genius this instant, I will make sure you personally see what the inside of your butt looks like!"
As Legion cursed, Professor David's hand immediately stopped dragging.
Seeing the person stopped dragging him, Legion sneered coldly and was not having any of it. "Scared of this genius, aren't you?"
"I see my reputation still preceds me. If you go to your knees and lick my feet for five minutes, I will consider letting this matter rest."
While he couldn't see the person yet, he could feel the person's hand which clutched his face trembling violently and he immediately got excited and spew out more conditions and profanities.
Mr David's face was twitching violently and his arms trembling with fury. Then he glanced at Legion's feet and instantly, the fury overtook him like a river.
"Y-you!"
Legion's face changed as he felt something was wrong. He wasn't able to react when he felt his ears being twisted like noodles.
The moment he saw who it was, the pain, the anger and the swears all vanished, replaced by an innocent look as he begged.
"Instructor David I was wrong!"
"I promise I didn't know who it was!"
"I thought it was an assassin sent to assassinate this genius!"
The more Legion spoke, the angrier Instructor David got.
"Still calling yourself this genius eh?"
"Don't think anyone will dare assasinate you within the campus premises?"
As he scolded and punished Legion, the more satisfied he was.
——————————
After ten minutes, Instructor David was satisfied and he let go of Legion.
The two of them stood at the entrance of his dorm, Legion looking down with a wronged expression on his face as he massaged his aching ears.
"Sigh Legion, when are you going to take your life serious? Genetic Talent isn't everything in this world. Amongst the 13 War Gods, one possess F-rank Genetic talents with two being an E grade and D-grade talent respectively."
"You should really take the lectures seriously. Theory is as important as meditation. Without theory, even those who are talented might not be able to survive a low level dimensional zone and couldn't by a single ant or poisonous fruit."
"B-but I attended the lecture."
Legion muttered as he glanced at the expressionless clone of himself standing at the corner, looking more like a robot than human.
"You! Sigh. Alright, I won't say no more. Just prepare for the upcoming mid-term assessment."
Instructor David turned around, activated his Gravi-boots, stomped his foot and flew into the distance, feeling that at this point he had tried his best.
Seeing Intructor David turning into a dot in the sky, Legion sighed helplessly. He didn't know how to tell the Instructor that it wasn't his fault, the integration of memory was taking longer than he had expected!
It had been about three months since he died on earth and integrated into this body.
It turned out the novels were all lies. It was incredibly difficult to integrate decades of memories into the brain. He had always been falling asleep 15 hours out of 24 hours, barely having time to eat and to send his clone to attend classes for him.
Every time he slept, the memories of his predecessor would be like a dream to him but it was as though he was also living his life.
Legion sighed as he entered his dorm. As though controlling a third limb he controlled his clone to follow him and then controlled it to close the door.
As for the F-rank clone, it was trash rank as expected. Just a single punch and the clone would collapse, turning into a puddle of blood. It wasn't even suited for reconnaissance as he can only gain its memory after they merge and not before. He could only give it a specific command and instruction and like a robot it would follow.
Legion sat on the wooden chair and transferred a thought to his clone.
Instantly, the clone grabbed a dirty cup, filled it with water and gave it to him.
Just as Legiin was about to grab it, his face suddenly turned blank as a large screen appeared before him.
