"Explain yourself Arashi!" a young teen with green hair shouted amongst the crowded streets of the city. The other young man he was shouting out paused from his walk. He was dressed in a red torn jacket, a simple black muscle shirt reinforced with Kevlar threads, and dark combat pants. Arashi looked over his old friend with an empty look in his eyes "You already heard the news from the others Izuku right? That's all there is to it" "So you're just going to start killing villains left and right?! Damn it Arashi hero's don't do that we don't get to decide who lives and who dies! To create a world without villains is impossible to even begin with" Izuku exclaimed only to get interrupted by Arash "you could do it couldn't you Izuku? With All Might's quirk I mean," he said turning back to face him. "What's impossible for me is possible with you Izuku. Let me ask you something are you the strongest because you are Izuku Midorya? Or does being the strongest make you Izuku Midoriya? If I could become you and have All Might's quirk then can't something like my ideal be made true?"
