Title: "The Five-Year-Old Who Shook the Uchiha Clan"

Scene: Uchiha Clan Compound – Emergency Clan Meeting

The air in the Uchiha meeting hall was thick with tension. Elders and high-ranking clansmen sat in heated discussion, their voices rising in frustration.

"The village continues to slight us!" one elder snapped. "No proper compensation for our police work, no back pay from the Second War—this is deliberate disrespect!"

"The Hokage's council always has an excuse," another growled. "Budget constraints, village priorities—lies, all of it!"

Fugaku Uchiha, the clan's rising star, crossed his arms. "We cannot let this stand. But direct confrontation would only worsen relations."

Just then—

Knock knock.

All heads turned as the sliding door creaked open. A small figure stood there—a tiny civilian girl with messy hair and wide, curious eyes.

"Um… sorry, I lost my way," Mya said, blinking at the sea of Sharingan staring back at her. "But… I heard you complaining."

Dead silence.

Then—

"Isn't the problem just money?" she continued, tilting her head. "You didn't get paid for police work or war rewards because the higher-ups make excuses, right?"

The Uchiha exchanged glances. Fugaku's brow twitched.

"Child," one elder said sternly, "this is not a place for—"

"Then just go to the Daimyo," Mya interrupted, as if it were the most obvious thing in the world. "Isn't he the one who pays? The higher-ups take the money and give it to people, so… don't let them hold yours. Ask the Daimyo to pay you directly."

The room froze.

A beat passed.

Then—

"…WHAT."

Several Uchiha choked. Fugaku's eyes widened slightly. One clansman actually dropped his cup of tea.

"It's a simple solution," Mya added with a shrug. "My uncle says middlemen always steal. So cut them out."

The Uchiha elders looked at each other, then at Fugaku, then back at the little girl.

One of the younger clansmen, Shisui's father, coughed into his fist. "She's… not wrong."

"The Daimyo does control the funds," another muttered. "If we appealed directly…"

"We'd bypass the Hokage's administration entirely," Fugaku realized, his voice low.

Mya nodded sagely. "See? Easy."

The clan head, Uchiha Tajima (if still alive in this timeline) or the senior elder, stroked his chin. "…This child may have just solved a decades-old grievance."

Mya, satisfied, turned to leave. "Okay, bye! Also, your compound is really hard to find."

And with that, she wandered off—leaving the entire Uchiha leadership questioning their lives.
