It's the year 2035, and America is about to declare itself a superpower, but China creates an obstacle and spreads a deadly virus... the zombie virus. Steffen, a young boy, hears about this virus on the news and smiles. 3 friends, Lily, Michael, and Dan, fly to America to meet 3 other friends. Plane lands, and Dan looks out the window and sees people eating each other. He's terrified. Lily checks her phone and sees news about the zombie virus. Everyone who doesn't know about the danger outside gets off the plane. Now only Lily, Michael, and Dan are left. Dan notices the pilot's room is open, but where are the pilots? I'll tell you. Both pilots have turned into zombies and come out of the room. The three hide under the seats. Now there's danger both inside and outside the plane.
Their three friends in America, Thomas, Eden, and Zephyr, wait at a farmhouse. Thomas calls. Lily's phone rings, and the zombie pilots attack. Thomas's group exits the plane, hiding behind a suitcase. Lily informs them about the situation outside. Thomas plans to reach the airport to pick them up. Eden, a firefighter, and Zephyr accompany him. They're fully prepared with guns and knives. They drive, but the road is filled with car crashes. They get out and fight zombies, taking refuge in a nearby apartment building.
Dan's group reaches the same building where Thomas's group is. Lily calls Thomas, saying they're near the airport in a building. Thomas says they can see the airport and asks them to head to the "Rest" building, where they are. Dan's group doesn't know the building's name, but they're headed to the same one. With zombies behind them, Dan's group reaches the 14th floor. Thomas's group watches from their apartment as a mysterious stranger saves Dan's group from zombies and takes them to his apartment.
Thomas is suspicious. The stranger offers food, and Dan and Lily eat, but Michael distrusts him. The stranger sends everyone to sleep, and Thomas investigates. He finds the stranger has vanished and surprises Dan's group. Thomas suggests heading to a farmhouse 7 kilometers away and waiting for rescue.
As they exit, Eden discovers a room filled with corpses and the stranger brutally killing a boy. She records evidence and keeps it a secret. The group escapes, fighting zombies. They can't reach the farmhouse due to the city's chaos and head to a nearby forest-like area instead.
At night, Zephyr hears a lady's screams and goes to help. The lady is infected and bites Zephyr, infecting her. Knowing she's about to turn into zombie,
Zephyr takes drastic action, killing herself with a knife to protect his friends.
