Alrightly so I am redoing the book this time around though it's going to be more streamlined and less cultivation bull, honestly cultivation is good and all but it gets utterly ridiculous and boring at times, anyhow there will be some extraordinary things and possibly some martial arts (not sure yet)
Basically I am taking all previous chapters and sending them back to the drafts, also it will be around a month before I send out the first chapter, for two reasons one I want to be able to plan out the plot's direction at least sort of, plus I am writing this by hand so it takes a decent chunk of time, I will probably use ai eventually but as of now I have no plans to use it, and two I want to study Chinese history a bit and narrow down the characters that will appear, I am sure you don't want Empress Wu Zetian suddenly being in the story for no reason because I was dumb and added her.
Not only that but I want to study the weaponry and a few other things that were created during that era so i could make the novel more in line with the era I am writing about, I am sure you don't want my mc going up to a stall to buy a mini gun and riding across the battlefield with a APC below his feet while others fight with sticks and stones, As much as I like the idea of having modern guns especially in ancient times it just feels unnatural.
I have read some novels that were decent, had a good mc and story build up, system too but suddenly they brought a desert eagle or bolt action gun and ruined the entire immersion and story (in my opinion), so yeah no guns.

Great.....fine since you are here I shall tell you something, cultivation novels are cool and all but i think the genre is overused and burnt to all kinds of messed up, like with just a glance you could see dozens if not hundreds of i became a villan trope, or the heroines hear my thoughts trope, or dragon king returns tropes, etc, so I am trying not to go into it, because it gets boring, i don't even want to go into martial arts stuff but I may just a tad after all I got to give my boi Ying Zheng a chance at immortality.
