Chapter 1 - 1. Trust is Crushed

Yuta stepped out of the hotel elevator. He walked down the fancy hallway; things didn't feel right. It's just a corridor with doors on the side. Anxious feeling climbed up his nerves, as if he was being tickled by the souls he killed.

It's not like he is gonna be fed with bullets by the gangsters in the 1930's with their fully-loaded Tommy Guns. He inserted his keycard in the key card reader. He stepped inside the room; all lights closed, it scared him even more. But he's a mercenary, so he gotta face it. He turned on the lights, and the first thing he saw is his cozy couch and…me. I'm sitting in the cozy and comfortable couch, painting my beautiful steel-framed Glock 34 at him. Neutral face, Tony Stark glasses, black chaleco, white dress shirt, no tux, and the usual hexagon butler necklace. Yuta played innocent, aware of the betrayal he did for the betrayal he did for the ultra-yeah he's gonna do to me and this mission.

"Heeey, Saitou! What's up, buddy?"

"Don't play with me how you play with your balls, you son of a gun."

Yuta slightly opened his mouth, with a slight smirk. "Geez, you still really have that cold face."

"Oh, for fuck's sake, you still got that over-exaggerated Ryan Reynolds expressions. You're not Naoki. And Mr. Watanabe doesn't prefer keeping evil secrets. Especially, when it comes to... you."

Yuta exhaled deeply into the air, followed by an amused chuckle.

"Thunder Breathing won't work on me, boy." I held my grip on my gun harder. "Just speak up. What do you know about Sensei?"

"It's not a can't. It's more of a... won't." Yuta followed with a confused, secretive face.

"I thought so."

"I gritted my teeth hardly... "Yep, I had enough," and that the chandelier on the roof. As the chandelier slightly misses Yuta, I did an exaggerated acrobatic move, and kicked him in the face. I slipped my gun inside my coat and grabbed a wine bottle. Yuta, fell to the floor while struggled to breathe from the strong kick. And from the chandelier fall impact.

"It's either you speak up, or I smash this wine glass in your head and slice your throat with it."

Yuta still managed to laugh, even more amused. No fear stricked his eyes. Yet, still doesn't accept his fate. I took out a laugh, followed by a cold sigh.

"Alright, guess you left me damn choice." Just as I'm going to pull the trigger with crisp, soft beeps from a refrigerator magnet went faster. I looked at it. It released a sudden explosion and a big burst of flame. The impact pushed us out of the building, falling into the hotel swimming pool. I swam out of the pool with my gun while gasping for air. Yuta isn't moving; the pool dyed red from his wounds. Everyone was screaming, while getting out of the pool immediately. Out of nowhere, "Animals" by Maroon 5 started playing from a speaker. I holstered my gun and walked away from the scene, as armed men rushed toward me with barely any strength.

I grabbed an unpinned grenade and threw it backwards, resulting in another explosion. I got inside my car in the passenger seat. "Let's go."

The driver launched the car and sped away from the hotel.
