Synopsis
Naruto Uzumaki graduates three years earlier than canon after cheating on his genin exams. A series of quiet decisions, bureaucratic compromises, and inconvenient truths lead to a solution Konoha finds easier than fixing the Academy itself. At nine years old, Naruto is placed into the Genin Corps, a military bootcamp designed to turn underprepared genin into functional assets for the village. There are no jōnin squads waiting for him. No special treatment. Only harsh instructors, fieldwork that doesn’t care how young he is, and a system that measures worth in mission records, points, and results. This is the world the average genin actually lives in. Faced with mediocrity as the default outcome, Naruto is left with a choice: accept being just another expendable shinobi, or claw his way above the standard and prove he belongs on the path to Hokage. 0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0 What to Expect 1) Early-graduate Naruto, three years ahead of canon 2) Genin Corps training instead of a traditional jōnin squad 3) A grounded, military-flavored shinobi world with missions, records, and consequences 4) Gradual, earned growth through fundamentals, mistakes, and experience 5) Weapons, conditioning, and practical skills emphasized over flashy jutsu. 6) A harsher look at Konoha, where shinobi are assets and weapons before they’re heroes 7) No instant success. No free power. If Naruto rises, it’s because he fought for every step.
