Synopsis
In a world governed by secrecy and silent executions, three elite operatives known only as (Vex, Specter, and Blitz) serve under the covert organization Red Veil. Bound by loyalty and an unbreakable friendship, they are trained to eliminate targets without hesitation, leaving no trace behind. When a high-priority mission is issued to eliminate a mysterious target codenamed Phantom, the operation takes an unexpected turn. Phantom is not just an enemy but a ghost from their past, once believed to be dead and erased from existence. As hidden truths begin to surface, the line between duty and loyalty begins to fracture. What was meant to be a simple elimination soon reveals itself as a carefully orchestrated trap, one that places Red Veil themselves as the true targets. Betrayal from within the organization forces the trio to confront not only a deadly enemy, but also the secrets they were never meant to uncover. As bullets are fired and trust begins to crumble, one question remains: In a world of shadows, who is truly the hunter… and who is the prey?

Chapter 1 - NEW GAME: ACTION START

The night was unnaturally quiet. Under the dim glow of distant streetlights, three figures dressed in black crouched low in the shadows, blending seamlessly into the dark. The air was thick with tension; one wrong move and the entire operation would fall apart.

Ahead of them loomed an abandoned warehouse. Silent. Still. Dangerous.

The smallest of the three moved first. Slipping from cover with practiced agility, her footsteps were entirely silent as she approached the entrance. Her breathing was steady, controlled. She was almost at the door when a sharp click echoed through the alley.

BANG!

The gunshot tore through the silence. The girl froze for a split second before collapsing onto the cold concrete. Hidden in the shadows across the yard, another figure lowered her sniper rifle, a triumphant grin on her face completely unaware she had just eliminated her own teammate.

From a safe vantage point, the third girl watched the chaos unfold. Her lips curled into a satisfied smile as her fingers danced swiftly, securing the objective. While the others were caught in friendly fire, she had already secured the win.

A vibrant "MATCH COMPLETE" flashed across the television screen, instantly replacing the gritty warehouse with the warm, noisy glow of a modest living room.

"YES! I win again!" Rania threw her head back, laughing as she tossed her game controller onto the coffee table.

Beside her, Xara groaned loudly, sliding down until she was practically melting into the floor. "Ugh… I thought I had it this time!" she muttered, puffing out her cheeks. "I didn't even realize you were still alive!"

Alisa snorted from the armchair, failing completely to hide her amusement. "That's because you were too busy playing lone sniper," she teased, nudging Xara with her foot. "Again."

Xara shot her a withering glare. "Excuse me, at least I try to get kills. Unlike someone who just camps in a corner and waits."

"Ouch." Alisa placed a hand over her heart in mock offense. "Says the girl who's lost to Rania… what, five times in a row now?"

"HEY!" Xara grabbed the nearest throw pillow and launched it directly at Alisa's face.

Alisa ducked, retaliating with a cushion of her own, and within seconds, the living room devolved into a full-blown pillow war. Feathers and laughter filled the air.

"Okay, okay, cease fire!" Rania laughed, holding her hands up to shield herself as she stepped between them. "You two are impossible." The crossfire slowed. Xara lowered her weapon of choice, though she still wore a mild pout.

"Don't be sad," Rania said gently, reaching over to pinch Xara's cheek. "Next round, I'll let you beat me." Xara blinked, her competitive annoyance melting instantly. "...Promise?"

"Promise." A bright, victorious smile spread across Xara's face.

Alisa rolled her eyes, tossing her pillow onto the couch. "Seriously? Look at you. One empty promise and you're wagging your tail again." Xara flipped her hair smugly. "That's because Ran loves me more."

"In your dreams," Alisa shot back. "She just pities you because your aim is terrible." Xara's eye twitched. Her hand tightened on the pillow. "Alright, that's it!"

"Girls." Rania's voice cut through the room, suddenly calm but carrying a quiet authority. "I love both of you equally. Stand down."

The room fell quiet. Xara and Alisa exchanged a sidelong glance. "Okay, we're totally done fighting," Xara said, her voice dripping with fake innocence.

"Yeah, totally not," Alisa added, trying to keep a straight face.

Rania narrowed her eyes. "You think I don't know that look?"

"Hehe… we're just play fighting," Alisa said quickly. Rania sighed, shaking her head with a small smile.

"Yeah. Peace treaties have been signed," Alisa added, trying and failing to keep a straight face. Rania narrowed her eyes, suppressing a smile. "You think I don't know that look?"

"Hehe… we're just warming up," Alisa admitted.

Rania sighed, shaking her head. "Do you guys even remember our motto?"

Xara and Alisa instantly stood at mock attention, pressing their hands to their hearts. "Be The Best Person Ever, All for One and One for All!" they recited in perfect, cheesy unison.

The three of them burst into laughter, the tension of the game completely forgotten.

BEEP! BEEP! BEEP!

A blaring, high-pitched alarm suddenly severed the laughter. The warm lighting in the living room flickered, shifting instantly to a harsh, pulsing red. The playful energy vanished.

Rania stood up, rolling her shoulders as her easy-going smile was replaced by cold, calculating focus. "Alright, girls," she said, her voice dropping an octave. "Playtime is over."

Xara sighed, though a sharp, thrilled grin tugged at the corner of her mouth. "Yeah… duty calls." Alisa tilted her head, her eyes tracking the flashing red lights. "...This one feels different. Heavy."

Rania didn't reply. She walked over to the bookshelf, pressed a hidden sequence against the wood, and watched as the wall slid silently open to reveal the darkness of their armory.

"Let's move," Rania ordered.

Without another word, the three girls stepped into the shadows, leaving their civilian lives behind them.
