Lucian looked at the teenager who was only a few years older than him contemplating on whether to answer the question or not. Although he didn't know him, he felt no hostility coming from him. In fact wjat he felt was rather a familiar feeling of a long lost friend.
"Miracles are just theories designed to give people hope. I do not believe in them" Lucian answered.
"What if I told you I could reverse your situation by performing miracles" The teenager asked.
"Then I'd dare you to try" He answered.
A few seconds of silence fell inside the room before the teenager spoke again.
"Do you know me?" The blue haired boy asked.
"No" Lucian replied.
"Does the name Julian sound familiar" He asked Lucian. And the boy shook his head.
"What about Eroye or Asvarn" he asked again.
"I don't know anybody with that name" he answered.
"Seems the intervention did more damage than we thought" he commented before taking a few steps towards the ten year old.
"My name is Eroye, the God of Games" Eroye introduced himself.
"And you are Lucian Von Veyrath" he added.
"How do you know my name? And what do you mean by you're a God" Lucian asked.
"I know your name because I helped you pick that name. And you're here because of me" Eroye replied. He saw the look of confusion and the internal battle drawn all over the boy's face.
"How about we talk in private" the younger God said and without waiting for the younger boy's reply, he did a hand gesture making their surrounding turn black.
When the room gained its light, Lucian found himself in a place that seemed to be like space.
Countless stars, planets and galaxies hang in the the air chaotically arranged as though they didn't follow any order of arrangement.
Eroye appeared in front of the ten year old and did a hand gesture and their surroundings immediately changed to a beach scenery with only the two of them.
Without taking permission, he immediately pressed his thumb on the boy's forehead.
"Allow me to bring your memories back"
Just then a huge surge of pain spread through Lucian's head making him scream out loudly in pain. After a minute, he fell on his knees panting for breath.
"Do you remember anything?" Eroye asked.
"Yes…I remember you. Asvarn…the Primordial project" Lucian replied making Eroye smile im satisfaction.
"Di-did it work? Has Asvarn come to life" Lucian asked upon remembering his old friends.
"Yes. But he needs his power. Your memory and belief in him is the only thing that will bring him back fully" Eroye said.
"I remember him now. Is there anything else I should do?" He asked.
"Yes. Have faith in him. Pray to him once in a while if you can and spread his name to others" Eroye said to the boy.
"I'll do my best. Thank you" Lucian replied.
"Now let's get to the main reason why I am here" Eroye said before continuing.
"During your reincarnation, there was an interception in your journey."
"What we chose for you was a technological world like Earth but unfortunately, the interception caused you to appear in this world"
"Nonetheless, the only thing we can do is continue with this world."
"Of course, Unless you want to die so that we try again" Eroye said with a soft laugh.
"Because of the interception, I placed a security restriction on your soul core to prevent anybody from having access to you incase you fell in the wrong hands"
"That is why you didn't receive any skill or profession and your affinity showed zero during your awakening ceremony. Your soul core had locked itself during the final stage because an unfamiliar power tampered with it. And that was just the security restrictions placed on it" Eroye continued.
"You said there was an interruption. By who?" Lucian interrupted.
"Let's say, a snot-nosed pansy God, who doesn't know how to mind his business" Eroye replied.
"But worry not, l'm here to fix it" Eroye said and moved closer to Lucian.
He pressed his palm against his chest. A few seconds later, a series of text began to appear in front of Lucian.

"How" Lucian asked
"It can hear you. It is communicating with you. Talk back using your mind" Eroye replied.

Lucian recognize the word system because he had read about it so many times in the ligh novels back on earth.
They were usually machine-like beings that lived within a host and assist him or her in their journeys in the world. He didn't even think twice before choosing [Yes]. Having a system would help him so much, especially in such a world like Ferun.

Lucian felt his body begin to heat up followed by a quick surge of pain.
The heating up continued until his whole body began sweat. It increased at an alarming rate making him feel like he was being burned alive.
Just then he heard the sound of breaking chains in his head.
As soon as it ended, his whole body caught fire making him panic. But after a few seconds, he realized although it was painful, not even a hair on his body was being burned.
He also realized the flames that had engulfed his body was rather blue flames.
His body burned for a few seconds before leaving him with a naked body.
At that moment, the dinging sound of a bell rang inside his head as a series of text appeared before him.
