Two years into his reincarnation.
Ivan had learned a lot about his world he was brought into, although he was only two years old he had a baseline understanding of his surroundings. Especially the people around him, which makes sense as he spent the last two years with them.
He recalled everything he knew about the family he was born into.
'My mom's name is Mei, she has no job and stays home to take care of me and my older sister. Speaking of older sister, her name is Livy. She is five years old now, while I am only two. So she is three years older than me. But what the fuck? My dad's name is Ivan! What are the chances that my own name on earth was taken by my own fucking father?!'
He used his toddler hand to lightly hit the floor he was sitting on.
'I guess the cultures or something are mixed because why is my name Koji? That's so much different from my other family members names...'
That didn't matter much though, so he shrugged it off.
'Oh, there are something called Transcendents!'
But what was a transcendent? Ivan only had a vague understanding.
'A transcendent is apparently someone who developed more than one Xin core. Usually, a human has one Xin core which stops them from manipulating the essence of concepts or elements. But when a human creates another Xin core they have the capacity to manipulate the essence.'
He recalled in his mind. This was the limit to his understanding currently.
'That's fine, I have much more time to gain a better understanding of all of this. Right now I will enjoy my life as a two year old!'
He loved his life currently, all he had to do was crawl around and make cute noises and his mother, who he still thought was extremely hot would hug him to her rather 'developed' breast.
But he sighed, although Ivan had no problem with incest if it was with a sister or a cousin. With his mother would be extremely weird; he needed to expel those dirty thoughts about her from his mind.
Currently, his sister was only five so he had no romantic attraction to her at all; that could easily change if she developed well.
Development was an interesting thing in this world, instead of one's development being hindered by store bought baby formula, in this world they were given real breast milk as the norm.
In fact, Ivan's sister was breastfed until she was 4.
Also, contrary to earth, Ivan was never forced to eat a single vegetable by his parents here. There was no "Here comes the airplane." or "Eat your greens to become big and strong."
This surprised Ivan a bit, but not too much. He was glad about it though, because that would mean he didn't have to eat those disgusting vegetables that were so praised on earth.
'I need to stop thinking about vegetables, instead I will explore the house more!'
Ivan got up on his weak toddler legs and started to walk around. The house was white and the windows were tall with an outline of dark brown wood. He walked into the kitchen are where all the counters were also made of dark brown wood.
But suddenly, something had happened!
His mother had picked him up. To Ivan this was a drastic situation, what if his mother changed his diaper again? He didn't want some women, not even his mother to be looking at his private parts!
She hugged Ivan to her chest, rocking him like a baby; well he was one of course.
"My sweet Koji, what are you doing in the kitchen honey? That's a no no area for Koji."
She cooed to him like he was the most precious thing in her life.
'Once I am older I will show this big chested mother of mine that she shouldn't treat me in such a manner!'
His rather crude explanation of his mother was just due to his embarrassment, rather he deeply appreciated her for everything she did for him.
But then another thing happened, the door to the house was opened and his father walked in. But something was off...
He had a big smile on his face, which he rarely has because he is a rather reserved person who doesn't show too much emotion.
"Remember Mei! I told you that we would have a visitor for awhile, well she is here."
He moved to the side, presenting a young girl who looked about 14 years old next to him. She had light, blonde hair that ran all the way down to her waistline, her eyes were a light blue that shined if even a trace of sunlight was to touch them. She was around 5'4 and had normal body proportions for her age, her face was not pale but not tan either and she had full lips and a button nose.
The dad introduced her himself, still having a smile on his face.
"This is Lucy, she will be staying with us for the next few years."
He then looked at Ivan.
"I'm sure Koji is glad to meet his cousin!"
Oh boy he was glad. Very, very glad.
Ivan was a pervert, even he himself knew that. But he didn't care if he was, why would he? Was there something wrong with it? In his mind there wasn't.
'Hm, in my past life I lived to fifteen years old. So me crushing on this girl isn't even weird. It's not as if I was 25 or something like that!'
Then Mei spoke out loud, greeting Lucy with a smile on her face.
"Welcome Lucy! Come in, come in. We welcome you with open arms."
Lucy slightly smiled, but her face also showed a bit of embarrassment.
"T-thank you Aunt Mei."
Mei realized how nervous Lucy was, so instead of pushing further and asking questions like how her journey to get here was she just smiled and nodded.
But obviously, Ivan's dad didn't quite grasp the situation as well as his wife did.
"So Lucy, how was your trip going here?"
Lucy explained, still having a slightly nervous expression.
"It was quite good, I didn't encounter much trouble on the way so that's good. But I did have some trouble crossing the border into the kingdom because I forgot my travelers license..."
She said the last part more reluctantly and quietly than the rest, clearly it embarrassed her that she made such a mistake.
The dad just laughed lightly, not making fun of her for forgetting it.
"Well I'm glad your trip went relatively smoothly. Anyway, you will be sharing a room with our son Koji. I know he's only two and some toddlers are loud but Koji is different. In fact it's a little creepy how good of a kid he is."
Lucy turned her head to look at Ivan. She was a 14 year old girl meeting her baby cousin, she thought he was extremely cute!
Her mood instantly shifted from embarrassed and nervous to happiness.
"That's okay, I'll share a room with him. He's so cute!"
Mei laughed lightly and so did the dad.
"We're glad you think that, he is a very cute baby."
Mei said as she rocked Ivan a bit more in her arms.
'This girl thinks I'm cute? Hell yes! Maybe she will hold me or even play with me... Such a cute girl thinks I'm cute too! In my past life I was never called cute by a girl even once.'
His mood was still good, but a touch of sadness enveloped him.
'All they would do was bully me and call me names...'
But he smiled to himself, in this life that would not happen!
