But they are many options but then again theses this options might provide a balance of fiber, protein, and healthy fats to start the day as often using ingredients he did already have at his home and as if jaune is not just mistaken then she just might have something like that now and "a-h yes!" As jaune found the very some ingredients as he started to gather things and as then put them on counter one by one and as then all of the items were Infront of him as then he's folded his back his sleeves and took some breath and before "Right!"
As then he started to work on his meal as he was just as choppy down some onions as well then some chill as well eggs as in High-Protein Breakfasts (Great for Energy and great start for day as he's started to blend them together as he was planning on a secret recipe of an omelette and Toast as Pair 2-3 eggs with whole-grain or sourdough bread for a balanced, 10-minute meal.
