And then I'm sure you or your grandparents left out many details". As Ozpin told him as jaune was thinking just about his situation and looked confused where Ozpin was going with this "I say all this to iterate just what.... an abnormal student you are. As well as to say that to lose one such as you at such an early stage would be a great loss." As he told him and then continued " As then there is your family very positions in power that might be disturbed" As Ozpin finished explaining him "What are you saying Headmaster ?" Ozpin steeled his expression towards him "I'm saying, Mr. Arc. That for what you did You should be expelled but then just again considering this might even harm your family's very reputation on the kingdom in the long term". As he explain to him " what do you mean ?" As jaune as ask him " what I am saying is Mr Arc that your family is very powerful entity in this Kingdom for generations and they have done so much good over the years as that has led to many enemy's that might try to harm your family positions and decision to take things just a bit personal in might of fact and as that might bring more problems in the future" As Ozpin explain to him.
As jaune Arc was shocked about that's he never just knew about his family's very position in power or what if it's business is all in the kingdom as everything and that his family deals was most secret and none of the elders ever told him anything about them over type of current business that they own or anything at all will always he was in the dark and has some parts he just was not interested in the matters of fact Before Ozpin could continue, as his office door flew open, a furious Glynda Goodwitch stormed in as trailed by a groggy Cardin Winchester and an unusually timid as looking Pyrrha Nikos... "Headmaster Ozpin, as call Mr. Arc to your office immediately...…" She glanced around the office, spotted Jaune across from Ozpin as Her eyes narrowed towards him as Ozpin and Jaune sighed as both of them are just confused about the matter fact As Cardin winchesters just groaned as he's was just behind headmistress and there was another person on there very back and it was Pyrrha as waved shyly. As Ozpin finally decided that yes as definitely second thermos was most definitely needed as he even just proved one for jaune as we'll "what in very biscuits is happening ?" As Ozpin give him a cup as like and it's was then " you get used to it one day" As he's just as drank his cup and so everything once again no rest.
As long day started or end like usually has pyrrha was understandably the very anxious as the strict combat instructor stared down her very partner for some kind of reason now A glare on her face that's could make a beowulf rethink it's very action's of attacking as she's just scowled at the groggy as Cardin who hid behind Goodwitch. She had hoped to explain the situation to the Headmaster with jaune and as Unfortunately, she just discovered that's jaune could move fast when he wanted to When she arrived at the elevator to Ozpin's office he had already risen to the top. And by the time it returned, as Glynda had arrived with Cardin in tow. She had tried to explain what had happened, but the professors had silenced her, and demanded the very story straights from the horse's mouth and so to say. "Mr. Arc, I do hope you have a good reasons for what you did to Mr. Winchester !" As Glynda asked him has she just waited for him to answer her now "I do" as he said to her as he was confused as what did he do now as he was here with the headmaster.... as Mrs Glynda waited then glared, then when as she reaslised jaune wasn't going to elaborate she's nearly blew a gaskets "Would.. you care to tell me ?" As her partner glanced at Cardin, who in Pyrrha's opinions, as used the stern teacher to hide behind. Good….. be scared. Just you wait for combat class..… The redhead didn't normally allow anger to dwell within, a 'uncouth habit in one as privileged as her', but Pyrrha designed a special layer of hate for one Cardin Winchester... With great restraint she's forced out a calm posture and expression. "Mr. Winchester as informed me that you attacked him unprovoked" as that when Ozpin cut in as who previously let the scene play out.
"Is that's so ?" His brown eyes peered at Cardin, "Mr. Arc attacked you 'unprovoked' did he?" Ozpin turned to jaune directions "That's quite the opposite of what Mr. Arc told me as he said as how you were abusing a faunus student in the cafeteria for sometime now." As Goodwitch eyes then widen up whirled onto Cardin, who now featured a wonderful expressions of fear on his face, in Pyrrha's very opinion now "Mr Winchester, were you abusing a fellow student just when.. Mr. Arc here just struck you ?" As the very headmistress just asked him as the very teen just burly fumbled on just that alone as he tried to glare towards her "Wh-what's that's got to do with anyth-" As he was interrupted by her immediately now "I asked you a good question Mr Winchester I will not ask again" As Cardin just shrunk back as if he wanted to hide aways, but Pyrrha placed a...… stern hand on his shoulder to keep him in place. "Cardin, I must believe Miss. Goodwitch asked you a question….." her voice was unusually high, she didn't care that's she bared her teeth in a smile. She wasn't sure which caused him more distress, but in the end he's turned back to Goodwitch and lowered his head "I was… just teasin' her...…" As Cardin told them as it then jaune wanted to scream out towards him but as the headmaster rised his hand towards jaune and as him stop in his own place "Mr Winchester it's is mean to Teasing By yanking on her ear to see if it was real?" As the headmasters Ozpin asked him as he was very much disappointed in his student now as Jaune just wanted to stormed forward and punch him in the face but as he can't as if he did that jaune will received by serious kind of backlash as he will have two different professor againsts him and as then council might be involved as headmaster Ozpin informs him before as hand and then it might be control before striking now.
"As when even.. she tried to or begged you to stop Mr Winchester.... ?" Pyrrha gasped as Jaune just wanted openly glared at the woman but he know that she is doing her job as headmaster blend explain that he broke the rules and as their consequences for his actions "You can't do that's ! All jaune did was just protect another student from blatant racism !" As that is the very champion told her as Glynda just whirled round to the very redhead now "No matter the reason Mrs Niko just as attacking another student outside of combat class is grounds for immediately expulsions." "And Mrs Goodwitch and then please tell him as what will Cardin's 'appropriate' punishments be ?" Cardin has been abusing Faunus and many students within.... the school since he got here and none of teacher have done anything to stop it since then" As jaune told told them " what's do you mean " As Mrs Goodwitch asked him as then Jaune then started to explain to her the situation and then he started "I figured at first that's Cardin was just good at hiding what he did or that his victims were too scared to speak out..…... but in history one week and from some time by now as from Cardin called faunus animals in front of Professor Oobleck… and all he got was told off and he had been doing this from the very start " As jaune told the headmaster and to Glynda as both of them listened to him carefully "told off as if he was making too much noise or threw a paper ball that towards other students so…" the fire left him, Pyrrha watched him as her shoulder deflated. "So, if this is a school that allows such abuse to happen… as then… then I'd rather be expelled... myself for defending the peoples like how huntsman did" As Jaune explained him breaths, visibly restraining his emotions after his little explanation as it's was quite difficult but he was confidently enough to tell the very truth as pyrrha for the very first felt for him and the students so much at that point. She wanted to stand up for something like jaune just did and sounded like a huntsman And what better example to follow than this? "Miss Nikos, you can't mean that…truly" As Glynda is just attempted to control the situations as well she is very tired and she will make a suitable punishment as for Mr Cardin winchesters but as pyrrha had enough of letting authority speak for her."No! Just With all due respect Mrs. Goodwitch, Headmaster, but if a school lets abusers like Cardin attend and then it's a school I don't want to be at!" As both professors as looked like they'd been slapped and so was jaune felt as slapped stood there open mouth agape with the rest as that is a plot twist was Cardin appeared to have mentally left this conversation to try and find his happy place now. "Pyr..… you don't need to do this I'll be okay I get this " As jaune told her as tried to reasons with his partner, but Pyrrha sent a glare his way now " You !!! As have no room to speak! " As Ozpin explain to her and then it was Goodwitch interrupted him "But Headmaster ! The rules are clear !" As she told him as she's current just can't bend the rule's and has ozpin raised a hand to forestall his deputy in that moment "That.. they are expected Mrs Goodwitch but as those rules... we're enforced to prevent random acts of violence between the students.…and the faculty of the Academy and to make sure that the students don't kill each other and what's happened today was no random act as one of the students decided to protect another one there are bullying and threatened..... with violence now" As the very headmaster cold gaze settled on Cardin, "but as Mr. Winchester, I had hoped your proclivity for seeing faunus-kind as lesser would go away with the careful hand of Professor Oobleck's lessons... As to have your action's have consequences ? Rest assured your punishment will not be light, in fact, I will personally.... discuss your repercussions with each of your victims If they decide you are no longer welcome at beacon academy has consider.... yourself expelled the next time this comes into place do I make myself clear " As the teen opened his mouth to argue but the calculating glare of the Headmaster silenced him and then as Ozpin just as then turned to his deputy "Mrs Goodwitch, perhaps you could escort Mr. Winchester to his dorm for the time being. I do believe you have a combat lesson to begin." She nodded towards him as the very moments "Yes sir… but what about…Mr Arc".
"I will deal with Jaune Arc, you can trust me on that… but perhaps some rules are meant to be broken from time to time…but then again i will him personally and I do have a suitable punishment for him in mind" As he told as he glare towards the two students now and as both of them flinched for moment as Glynda nodded stiffly towards him as she marched a shocked Cardin into the elevator, before she's entered she glanced at Jaune and Pyrrha. The redhead could see a flicker of emotion pass her teacher's face as It's almost looked like…... Disappointments, but not in her or Jaune, but in herself as the spartanette just hopes that's the very situation doesn't stain there very relationship as with her and the professor and she did hoped professor as wouldn't beat herself up about the whole mess At the end of the day as she's just had been acting as on the very information's she had available on the matter but Pyrrha would apologise to her later and she liked the blond teacher as she's respected the redhead on her deeds as not her fame She didn't want to shout at her, but Pyrrha thought as she had no other choice but as she hopes things work out and then once the elevator door closed as ozpin let out a sigh and took a long sip from his third thermos and the other two long empty. "Now, after all of that is done as It's time for your very punishment Mr. Arc." As Pyrrha jumped in defences
"But, I thought you said that-" As the headmaster just then raised his hand and stopped her "I said... he just wouldn't be expelled and as that does not constitute receiving no punishment for attacking another fellow student with no matter the reason behind it now !" As headmaster Ozpin informs her The redhead seemed to consider arguing, but as jaune placed his hands on her shoulders. "It's okay Pyrrha, it's okay… you stood up for me just now And you were amazing now !" She blushed "but as you don't need to fight every.... battle for me and I did broke the rules and I'll accept the very punishment in the end of my action's" As jaune told her as he realised that if this argument just goes even further things might be bad for him in the long run and if the headmasters earlier convince the one thing is if his family and there honour and code is involved then this might get very bad if everyone's as he did love his family but they can be very scary and concerning and he just doesn't want his very grandparents or parents to come here get involved and then he's just praying. As for a moment there she was very Hesitantly, she's just then nodded and have trust him "Okay, if you're sure Jaune…" As she told him "I'm sure and as don't worry about nothing because at the end of the day, I'll still have you as my partner and team JNPR." As he told her Blue eyes met green. Pyrrha wasn't sure how to feel with his gaze meeting hers. But the reddening of her cheeks continued to flare and as thankfully, the Headmaster as threw her a proverbial bone "It is very much touching to see such a bond between partners. But Miss. Nikos as I believe you'd best get going, you wouldn't want to miss your first combat lesson, would you?" As he told her Pyrrha nearly jumped out of her skin and she nearly forgot where they we're just now. "O-of course Headmaster!" She prepared to leave, a parting glance sent Jaune's way. Jaune chuckled, the pressure on his very shoulders present since he's entered this office no longer there now As Pyrrha let a pleased smile part her lips and as She's had stood up to authority for once in her life, defended a friend and helped get a hurtful bully his rightful punishments. It's felt good to do that and as she just felt good in fact as that she didn't allow for those in power to speak over her anymore and as the very elevator doors closed a thought occurred to her as I just need to send a letter back home I have a few demands to make as she just thought to herself and she was in her own world now.
Jaune watched the doors slides closed and returned his gaze to the silver haired Headmaster, he still had the uncomfortable feeling of as being sized up by the man as jaune just figured he was simply too paranoid from all of his times watching TV and little in the wilds As then "What now ?" As headmaster told him as the very man turned to the teen "As then... tell me something Mr Arc as If expulsion isn't an option in this situation as what types of punishment should be given to someone with your life experience ?" Jaune just then scratched his chin in ponderment as he was right as he did have some crimes under the sun and it is suitable for someone as came to pay some price of his very actions "I don't know…. I can't remember any kind of my punishment come to mind and I don't even know If I ever got into trouble this bad before and my grandfather and grandmother were always kind to me and always makings sure I was comfortable but then as the matter with my parents were similarly but they always wanted as to protect me to keep me shelter in the little home and I still didn't understand why as my sister's run freely and sat in the house studying and it was weird I still didn't understand anywheres " As He just ignored the very sympathetica look toward's him as from the Headmaster gave him "but.. The Headmaster nodded to himself, "so be it, Mr. Arc as for your punishment for now as you shall receive a full mouth of suspensions as You are not to attend any lessons and as you are confined to school grounds. Any visits to Vale must be allowed by either myself or Professor Port or.. Mrs Goodwitch and just as then that is your first punishment." Jaune nodded, but couldn't stop his curiosity about everything and it then he realised that he said first punishment just as now "Professor Port ? What does he have to do with this ?" As he asked him as that's is the very moment as when Ozpin's very expression grew mischievous.
"That is the second part of your punishment as for the foreseeable future, you are to report to Professor Port once a week and attend yours therapy" As the blonde stood back variou as conflicting as emotions crossed his face "Wait a minute more Therapy? B-but why!? I don't need more therapy!" Ozpin's mischievousness vanished and then replaced with a cold expression as that was just the first part of the punishment just now
"What happened in the cafeteria today..would proved the antithesis of that belief", the Headmaster returned to his desk and sat down. "Most as dare I say the vast majority of people's would not decide the best way to stop bullying and as just is to render a fellow students unconscious." With each word as the blonde teen seemed to shrink into himself, each word like a verbal battering ram against his defiance to the idea of therapy as Seeing this, the very Headmaster eased up "This isn't a punishment for jaune but to help you understand and open up as just about your very experiences till now and this will help you in the long run as well therapy just does not constitute a mistake in you as a person but that's just perhaps you could benefit from having a professional to talk to. Not many in our line of work have people we can talk to and.. Port decided to become a catalyst of sorts..." Ozpin took a sip of what remained of his third thermos. "As Have you ever heard of 'The Empathy Initiative'?" Jaune shook his head. "I'm not surprised it is rather new But to explain in short detail, As Port with the help of your grandparents set up this very organisations to help all types of Huntsmen and Huntresses cope and come to terms with what they must deal with on a daily occurrence" As headmaster told him as Arc family had helped many in there time and it is still sad they are not involved in many things now the kingdom would have loved and benefited as from them but it is still good around here"B-but why is it called-" As jaune was interrupted by Ozpin then as
"The Empathy Initiative?" As jaune inclined his head. "Tell me, would you appreciate someone who hasn't experienced as what you have to tell you how to feel? Would you want their sympathy?" As ozpin just asked him and then the blonde shook his head vigorously....
"Absolutely not…sir..... I would hate sympathy from others people" As jaune told him the truth and Ozpin gestured his hand in a 'there is your answer' manner. As the headmaster told him in the end and faced towards him "And the Professor set this up with my grandparents help?" As jaune ask him as this is truly the first time he is hearing this and still didn't know about so much about his family's and its still quite weird many people's don't even know his parents names or existed but he kept on hearing just about his grandparents deeds one way another's that are in the kingdom and some frontier sides as it's like a bit strange as headmaster ozpin just interrupted his very thought "He surely did and your grandparents as we're very happy to help him at the time and even as helped with contacting many of there close friends as even students at the times and convinced and built a healthy community he threatened to resign.. if I didn't allow him the time to do so... Mr. Arc that I do not issue this very therapy as without careful considerations." As he said to him as the teen fiddled with his sleeves in clear anxiety. "And… And what's if I refuse ?" As jaune asked him "Then, I'm afraid Mr Arc that I must renege on not expelling you and then it is going to effect not only you but even your family very legacy as well" As he told him as then jaune started to eyes narrowed towards his headmaster but Ozpin raised a placating hand "As Please be aware Mr. Arc. This is a school filled with students as whole year of them as not even classed as legal adults just yet As a Headmaster and carer for all my pupils, I cannot allow someone who reacts so violently as to attend without precautions" As headmaster told him as Jaune could understand his reasoning as he's didn't like them, but he understood as It was quite difficult and a tricky but this is his very own responsibility of being huntsman and there very Headmaster to work this whole mess into such a clean solution and as Finally as after a few moments of petulant defiance and Jaune caved now.

"Please have these forms filled in time as for the first sessions with Professor Port." As jaune perused the very papers. "It's just basic details, something for the Professor to open with on your first sessions." As he told him "And when will the first official session be ?" As he asked the headmaster "Port shall contact your scroll to set the time and date." As ozpin brown eyes sharpened. "Do not think to not attend Mr. Arc... I am taking many risks not expelling you for what just has happened today." As the headmaster told him Jaune stared into headmaster Ozpin's very eyes as his blue met the very Headmaster's brown as now he did not waver for a second."I promise you and I won't let you down, Headmaster." As jaune said Ozpin relaxed and nodded, a small smile on his face "I believe you.... Mr. Arc when I see results as now I do believe... we've run past Mrs Goodwitch's combat lesson, I am sorry you missed it". As jaune shrugged, a tiny smirk on his lips.
"I'm sure I can show what I'm made of next time."
