After a long day, the gamer dropped into his dorm room, tossed his bag aside, and immediately powered up his computer. Steam launched, and he pulled up Assassin's Creed for yet another run.
"Dear user, congratulations! You've won a free Harry Potter–themed trip to the United Kingdom!"
The pop-up took over the homepage. Hogwarts Castle gleamed in the background, the design polished enough to look completely official.
"Please enter your Steam username to confirm participation."
He shoved his glasses up the bridge of his nose, fingers flying across the keys—"Regulus."
The next second, he collapsed forward onto his desk.
