Chapter 1 - Chapter 1: Fallen Emperor

Chapter 1: Fallen Emperor

In the endless silence of space, a meteor was moving at a speed slightly below the speed of light.

The meteor was not an ordinary meteor; it was not some random stone that traveled in the universe. It carried a story that was erased from the history of the universe.

No one knew why history was erased. No one cared about the past that did not affect them, but they were all mistaken. One thing was certain even the gods couldn't deny: if history was revealed, the universe would change.

The only ones who knew about the universe's history were gods, but they couldn't tell anyone. They were afraid of why they only knew history and what if the seal broke—their biggest nightmare would come to life.

History had the power to change the universe upside down.

So among gods, no one talked about this meteor. This meteor was taboo to them.

Many gods tried to destroy this meteor, but all failed.

They could only watch the meteor and not do anything.

It traveled for billions of years in space without searching for anything.

It crossed many galaxies, stars, and planets, but no one could stop this meteor. It witnessed how stars are born and how they are destroyed, how civilizations rise, and how civilizations fall.

It was not empty; it carried someone who was going to change the whole universe once again.

It was sealed not from some betrayal, not from some punishment, not from a mistake; it was to protect him.

He was on the brink of death, so the one who hated him with all their heart saved him from his death by sealing him in a meteor to recover. If he had not saved him on that day, 90 percent of the universe would have been destroyed.

He was very special; even the universe was going to sacrifice so he could not die.

He was once at the peak of everything; he could do anything that he wanted to do, and the universe had to agree with him.

He was known by many names; he had many titles, but one title that even any mortal or god would envy him.

He was the first person to achieve what any mortal and god had dreamt of.

The First Emperor.

The only Emperor.

The person who conquered many universes.

The person who made the impossible possible.

The person who did not stop at one universe, but every universe that he could conquer.

When his army marched for victory, no one dared to stop him.

Now he was sealed in an endless prison.

His lust for power and greed for dominance led to his downfall and made him what he looked like today—sealed and waiting for death.

He betrayed his friends, let power control him, killed and sealed all his friends who stood and supported him. He lost his path. In the end, friends who would die for him became his greatest enemy, waiting for his revival to kill him with their own hands, in hope that they would be unsealed one day and take revenge on him.

A long time ago, when there were no dynasties, no empires, he was a man who rose from dust without anyone's help, without any prophecy, without any divine being's interference, without fate, without luck but only with determination.

He conquered the first planet, then galaxies, then clusters, and at last he conquered the whole universe. But he did not stop at one universe. He started conquering other universes, and in the end he conquered everything that was visible to him.

He is the first emperor of the universe.

Now the time has come once again for the rise of the first emperor of the universe.

Far, far corner of the universe

A being made of stars, galaxies, and nebulas emerged from space.

It was neither a man nor a beast, neither mortal nor god. In his right arm, galaxies were forming. In his left hand, galaxies were destroying. In his fingers, stars, planets—everything was moving. It was not a normal being; it was a physical manifestation of the universe.

The cosmic figure saw the meteor and smiled—for the first time, it smiled. The cosmic being had been watching this meteor for billions of years.

"The time has come," it said, its voice echoing through the universes. "Rise once again, Emperor.

Your universe is waiting for you, your throne awaits you."

It raised its hand, and motion alone caused the shift of galaxies. And now the meteor changed its route that had been wandering around the universe for billions of years, and now had a destiny.

And finally, it reached its destiny.

The meteor was now crashing on a planet.

The planet's name was Duskwild.

Once it was a planet that even gods wanted to visit, and now the planet was dying.

The planet suffered a curse of betrayal; now the curse was showing its effects.

The planet had only ten years before its death.

And no one knew the reason except for gods. Once a beautiful planet with two moons, vibrant seas, different forests that looked like the sky, a clear night sky from which you could see the beautiful heavens—

And now it was on the brink of death.

The cosmic being said, "Rise again, Emperor. I am waiting for you. The universe is waiting for you."

And his voice faded and dissolved in the universe.

For the first time in billions of years, the meteor was going to touch the ground.

The meteor crashed.

From the impact, the ground split into two, forming a crater, and every radius of 10 km became dust. And after the dust settled…

There were no movements aside from a meteor at least the size of a mortal bus at the center of destruction.

And everything became silent. Many people came here to investigate this meteor but they did not find anything besides the giant meteor.

People got disappointed; they came here to find something valuable but there was only a giant rock.

Someone murmured to himself, why is my luck so bad that I only found this rock.

On this planet there were many meteorites that shot down to the planet. Some meteors carried valuable things that could only be found on meteors. So this became a good source of income but not all contained valuable items—only a few contained them.

One person said, comforting the other person, "It was not your fault, brother, this stone is unlucky, not you."

"Let's get ready, we are moving to the next site," one man said, commanding all people. "We had already wasted our time here, we had to visit many other meteor sites."

"We were already in huge debt, so we must not waste time here."

After saying that, all the people nodded and started packing everything and left the site.

They had left something that could have the power to change their lives but fate had not chosen them, it had chosen someone else.

And after that no one came for this meteor.

And then six months passed…

When the meteor cracked.

A bright light shone that could even surpass the sun.

The seal had been broken.

The emperor had awakened.

From the meteor, a dying figure emerged—half of his body was burned beyond recognition, while the rest of his body had countless wounds, but he was alive.

By all logic, he should have died, but his chest was moving, and the sound of his heartbeat could be heard.

When he fell on the ground, a massive shockwave could be felt across the planet of Duskwild—every being that was present on the planet, including birds that flew in the sky, beasts in the forests, creatures in the ocean, and even the sleeping dead beneath the soil…

He lay unconscious on the ground for at least six months.

When an old man, seventy years of age, found him while he was returning to his home after doing his business near the village.

He was not some ordinary old man—he had once been the most powerful figure in Duskwild, a protector of billions. Now retired, he lived with his granddaughter due to guilt of not saving his son. He had the option to save his son, but due to responsibility, he could not do this.

But now he had the option to save someone.

He took the person and took him to his home, so he could recover.

It is a story not about dominance…

It is about what the Emperor chooses this time:

Dominance or peace.

And so began the story not of his fall,

but of his return.
