A demon's vanquish
"Stop running Lei Tian! You killed so many people and destroyed so many clans in all the continents and now you are secretly making your stronghold here!"
"Lei Tian! Don't let me catch you otherwise I will tear your limbs one by one and give you worst torture by harming you soul for eternity!"
"Demon! You are the worst demon in this era! To gain strength you kill people like animals. Do you have no shame? Are you even a human?"

A middle-aged man was running from almost 100 people, his whole body was covered in blood, he was wearing a blue robe which was torn in shreds, he had a beard on his face and black and white long hair showing his old age was very near. His name was Lei Tian.
While running his face had no reaction, neither excitement nor fear but he was just remembering a fragment of his memory from a hundred years ago.
It was completely dark, only a pair of eyes were visible, these eyes belonged to Lei Tian.
"Where the hell am I? I didn't think I would get stuck as soon as I reached here."
Suddenly a voice rang, the voice was very pleasing but as it started, Lei Tian was suppressed completely and could not even speak or move.
"Oh Young man, Who walks on the cursed path of Thunder, I am one of the 10 Supremes of the past and this is my inheritance, but you are not qualified for it. So, I will kill you now."
'What?! This is the inheritance of one of the 10 supremes of the past?! But.... Why is he killing me?! What's wrong with him? Just because I am not qualified for his inheritance he is killing me? Is he afraid I will tell others about it? Damn it, why would I do that? Am I gonna die? What a cursed world this was.'
Lei Tian can only think but neither can he speak nor can he move. He had no chance to resist. But the voice again came.

Remember My name is Shi zu, The eternal cycle supreme. I will give you my part of inheritance, the divine body of time, with this you can reach the peak and rule the world in your era if you follow the time path!"
As he finished, a bright lump of light traveled and smashed in Lei Tian's body. An intense pain assaulted Lei Tian and soon it completely merged with him.
Darkness begins fading away and surroundings begin to be visible again. The voice again said, its power was less this time, " This divine body will work only once in your lifetime! That's in your death! I have more inheritance all over the world, search for them and follow my path and rule the world!"
Lei Tian saw the darkness fading and all resistance to him was gone, he was free. At this moment he shouted, "Thank you for your inheritance but I will follow my own path of Thunder and become Supreme!"
"Wha-" before the voice could finish all the darkness faded.

LeI Tian thought of this as he was being pursued by his enemies and muttered in a low voice, "Work in the time of my Death... Sigh... This might be a gamble but I can't think of any way to survive today... and I have already done enough, haven't I?"
Lei Tian stopped running and saw the sky, it was pitch dark, there were no stars nor any clouds but only emptiness. He turned around and stared at his enemies who were chasing him, seeing him stopping; they were nervous and cautious.
Soon they gathered courage and started speaking as someone said, gritting his teeth, "Don't be nervous everyone! Even if he is a demon and among the strongest rank 7 immortal, we are 100! He can't win against 100 of us can he? Hehe, he is already injured because of our previous ambush, a lot of our people died at the hand of this demon! We will take their revenge! We won't let them die in vain."
Soon more and more people gathered their courage and began the assault on Lei Tian.
Seeing this Lei Tian was sad but with a devious smile he roared, a powerful thunder emitted from his both and assaulting the vanguard of the enemies assault.
"No way! He is still this powerful! He needs to be killed! We can't let him live otherwise he will come back to take revenge!"
Many people began attacking with different types of attack but Lei Tian kept attacking with his strong attacks. He roared again and more thunder started pouring out of his body and assaulted the army in front of him.
He shouted, " Hahaha, you all wanna kill me, Lei Tian? Wishful thinking! I will kill you all, and if I survive I will kill all your generations and descendants, everyone you know in this world will die by my hand hahaha"

A huge battle was over and only dead bodies were on ground, leaning on a rock was Lei Tian, he was alive but both his legs were torn away and his one hand was nowhere to be seen while the other hand was heavily damaged, his both eyes were gone while one ear was torn away, meanwhile the scene in front of him was more grotesque, only body part was lying down and no human body was intact, every where was body parts, heart, leg, hands, eyeballs, teeth and brain, no one can tell them whose body part was they were. A scene directly from hell.
"hehehe.. .hahaha I am not dead, I killed all of you! What did you get from all this! Why! I will kill your bloodline and pour their blood here haha.. let the young ones die with their ancestors right? haha... Ugh!"
Lei Tian was not dead. But his condition was worse than death.
"Cursed path indeed... Is this it for me? Why is the inheritance not doing anything? Will it revive me? hah, then I will slaughter their clans one by one maybe? Or will I die? I killed so many lifes... hah."
Lei Tian was on the verge of death and his condition was getting worse.

Suddenly a bright light came out of Lei Tian's body, whose source was a qi stone and had an incredible aura. It was floating in front of the dead Lei Tian and sucked his soul. 'What is going on?! Is it the work of inheritance? Why did it suck my soul? Am I dead?'
Lei Tian's vision changed and he found out that he was not in the battlefield but now somewhere different. The surrounding was in shape of interior of a tunnel, this was not a normal but there were always changing images on the walls of interior, the qi stone together with Lei Tian soul started moving, an Image came in front of Lei Tian, it showed the battle which happened before, but it was moving backward in time, how he died, then how he was fighting after than how he was running, the image started showing everything which happened in his life in a reverse order, from his death to eventually when he came in this world and was inside his mother's womb.
At this moment the qi stone suddenly changed direction and directly turned towards the wall of the tunnel and bang. This part of the wall showed the same image as the image in front of his eyes, the scene where he was in his mother's womb.
