The next night, The Little Ol'you came back home early from school to not miss the episode of your Favourite cartoon show!
You turn on the TV and the channel automatically changed to Eclipse City Of Chaos! PowerPoint template.
You squint your eyes and see that a person is editing the 3rd episode of the show. Finally after 5 minutes of editing the person starts the Video.
Camera rolls in 90's old classic style but gets smashed by an anvil that turns the title card in Cosmic Pink sign.
Eclipso: Ah ha! Good evening fellas, I see that you're quite eager to watch our show! That delight me so much!~
You: Bleh!
Eclipso: Let's return to our Cast and see what they have been doing!
The camera flickers for one frame and now you can see the overview of the Eclipse City.
The birds are flying backwards, a refrigerator talking to it's owner about climate change, the electric rat starting it's own empire of Mice underground(I don't even know why I am focusing on this rat), and then the camera stops at a big depressed owl which is sitting on a sign that says "Welcome to Eclipse City!"
The scenery really grasp your attention to it and you roll ahead to focus more on TV!
The owl flies away as someone directly get splat flat on a billboard behind it.
It's Luna but with her Superhero costume on. She has sparkling star cape waving, a shining Cosmos symbol on the chest and a mask which practically does not hide her face whatsoever.
"Ugh!! Why is flying so hard!" She exclaim as she becomes flat as pancakes when she hit the Billboard. She removed herself and become inflated to normal again.
An alarm goes off in a distance and Luna Gasps audibly "That's the city bank! Someone is robbing the city bank!"
She flies off towards that direction immediately, "At your speed of a turtle we'll be at the bank tomorrow morning 5:33 am" A voice came from her mask which is basically an AI glasses beneath the mask.
"S.A.R.A., how about you say something useful to make me motivated?" Comet Girl(Luna) sighed at her AI assistant while flying just 3 meter up from ground right now.
"You seem to be motivated enough for this because you want to test your powers against a powerful villain after that 1 month of training, don't you?" S.A.R.A. rolls her eyes(does she even have eyes?).
Eclipso: Oh? Seems like a month has passed in this planet! I think I should have just paid the studio's camera crew more to record everyday on this planet if I want to make more content on Cosmic Tube!
Comet Girl smirks to SARA as she seemingly avoided a school bus only to crash into an ice-cream truck.
"Sorry!" She said as she ate the ice-cream in one gulp "Well, The government said that I am the most powerful Superhero because of my cosmic powers, I am dying to try it out on a villain~" she laughs maniacally.
"You sure you're good in your head, girl?" SARA interrupted "You can't kill a person if they don't have any superpowers, that's one law that government made for heroes. You can't forget that or else.... Well the others can't even do anything to you so it's not a problem for you anyway I guess..."
SARA Sighs(She really is an AI right?).
"Well I am not going to kill someone of course!" Luna pouted, offended.
Meanwhile in the city bank:
A squirrel and the security guard are playing cards, the window is broken and the glass that shattered on the floor says "Jester is coming~", in the CCTV room a guard is snoring with a coffee cup in his hand labelled "World's okeyest Guard".
Then we see a guy wearing a scientist goggles with googly eyes on them, tip toeing towards the bank vault and falling on the floor because of his own Tangled Shoelaces which are comically 10 feet long.
Eclipso: "Ah, this is Felix. Might be because of him but I think he's the reason everything is going backwards in my script!"
"He has caused so much trouble in the city yet no one is hurt!" Eclipso exclaim with confusion and sips his own espresso.
Jester(Felix) gets up, "GentleBots! Help me stand up!" Jester ordered one of his robot that helps him get up from that 10 feet Tangled Shoelaces.
Robot #054 "Sir, what is the need of this overly large Shoelaces?" It asks, blinking twice with squinty robotic eyes.
"Cause it's my favourite!" Felix stands up, licking his lips "We're gonna make a massive heist~" he does a classic villainy laugh only to get chocked on his breathe.
He tip toed again to the bank locker, no one is paying attention to it. Jester takes out a giant stethoscope from his pocket and start decoding the Vault which is actually a modern day password lock.... Anyways the alarm goes off now.
After just 1 minutes of alarm going off, the ceiling of the bank gets blown down as Comet girl crashes from it.
"Calculating the amount of damage..." SARA starts "after the calculation, I figured the amount of damage is not bigger than your anger management fees" SARA laughs at Comet Girl, she gets red from embarrassment.
Jester turned around with his googly goggles"Hey, was that my order of homing seagull?" Walks near the crashing site.
Immediately Comet Girl shoots a bright red comet leser at him through her eyes
"HA! Take this, Villain!" The lesers turns into water and Jester gets a shower.
"Ew! Water! GentleBots, get me heater NOW!" He shouts in urgency and comet girl is left shocked that her powers didn't work at him.
"YOU! How did you avoided my attack!?" She points at dripping wet Jester, he is just standing there like a clown.
"Uh... Who are you supposed to be, sparkling lady?" He asks with squinting eyes and his robots turned on the heater to warm him up except the heater is literally the sun with a rope around it.
"WHAT IS THIS!??" Comet Girl and Eclipso both are shocked with their eyes out of their sockets.
You laugh and roll around the floor seeing this scene on the screen.
"What do you mean? It's just my heater come on" Jester rolls his eyes like this is everyday thing for him, you can see comet girl's spirit leaving her body but she inhale it back into herself.
The robot holding the rope let go of it and the sun bounces back into its original position in the galaxy.
"Phew, I thought I was gonna be a Toast!" He laugh it off like it's nothing. "Sir, I think you just gave this girl a lifetime trauma by doing this." One of his Henchbot said, pointing at Comet Girl.
"What kind of power do you have!?" Comet Girl is about to burst from confusion and Anger.
Jester takes out a unicycle with rocket atteched to the seat from his pocket and ride off from the hole that Comet Girl created.
"Bye starshine! Gotta save my one and only dollar to get the ice-cream-" He got hit by a plane mid sentence and was flown out of the frame.
Comet Girl tried going after him but immediately falls on the ground with her legs Tangled in the same 10 feet long Shoelaces of Jester.
"CURSE YOU!!" She screams into the camera as it goes back and back until the screen goes black with end credits rolling.

Post-credit scene:
The Mysterious villain watching all this from the same CCTV camera room where the guard was sleeping (he still is).
Mysterious villain: The power of Cosmos couldn't handle a clown? Pathetic!
