Sage's POV
Sage caught the flying teacup just before it smashed against the wall.
"Zara, stop throwing things!" she yelled, dodging another piece of pottery. "Breaking dishes won't help Luna and Sunny!"
"Then what will?" Zara shouted back, her wind magic whipping around the small meeting room like an angry tornado. "They're about to destroy everything they've built together, and we're sitting here doing nothing!"
Sage set the teacup down carefully and grabbed Zara's shoulders, using her water magic to create a calm bubble around them both. "We're not doing nothing. We're thinking."
"I'm tired of thinking," Zara said, but her wind magic settled down a little. "Our best friends are acting like enemies, shadow creatures are attacking both realms, and the Shadow King is back. What's there to think about?"
