The streets were busy at night, with numerous pedestrians and vehicles passing by.
A district car with black tinted windows drove quietly down the street, specifically following the woman putting on a knee-length black gown.
Her hair color was slightly gray and white. She held a bag of groceries with both hands.
Inside the car following her from behind, at the central back seat, was Lucian, staring at the woman with a keen eye.
'She is beautiful, I must say,' thought Lucian.
Then he looked at the picture in his hand, then back at the woman. Although the woman's rear was what he could see, the body curves were still like the one in the picture.
"Do you think that's her?" asked Lucian.
"Mom said she has similar grey-white long hair," the girl beside him replied—his sister, Lucy. "There aren't much people in the city who have this description."
Lucian thought on what his sister said, and she was right.
"You're right. Well... do you think I should approach right now?"
Lucy sighs and leans comfortably against the back seat. She now wore a childish look on her face, with her arms crossed as she spoke.
"You like her now, don't you?"
"Hey, don't give me that look... Mother said this girl had saved her life while I was away. It would make sense why I want to approach her."
"Hmph, she would definitely accept anything you say. There aren't many girls who would say no to young, rich, handsome men," said Lucy.
Lucian stared outside, still looking at her. However, when she turned, it was as if she looked directly at Lucian's eyes.
But there was no way she could see him; the windows of the car were black tinted and bulletproof.
Miss Jane noticed the car had been following. It was more or less a very wealthy person driving the new Tesla product.
She turned back a few times and then knew the car was truly following her.
"Adams, take me home," said Lucian.
He didn't want Jane to feel insecure, so his butler took him home as requested.

--The mansion of Frost Family--
Sitting at the triangular table were Lucian and his family. The table was filled with different sorts of food, and servants were surrounding the dining room.
Lucy and their mother frequently made eye contacts and some language signs Lucian noticed.
But Lucian didn't mind. He just concentrated on eating his meal.
However, when they both laughed, it got Lucian interested.
"Okay, what are you two yapping about, Mother?" asked Lucian.
He had asked his mother, but she turned to look at his sister as if asking for permission.
"Well, tell him, Mother."
Mrs. Lucinda Frost sighs. Although she was a bit old, her beauty was still dazzling. From how handsome and beautiful her kids were, you could say back in her days, she was more or less the Cinderella.
"Well, Lucian, you haven't said anything about the girl. How was she?"
"Oh, I see, I see... Well, she's okay," Lucian replied and continued cutting his meat steak.
"You know, when I thought I would die in the fire, she risked herself for me and served me for two years till I got well. She's a good nurse, Lucian," said his mother.
Lucian sighed. "Okay, I already sent her ten billion for the troubles. I'll thank her personally tomorrow. Happy, Mother?"
Mrs. Lucinda smiled. She took the glass of red wine and gulped a few rounds.
"You know tomorrow is my birthday, Lucian," said his mother. She paused and looked at Lucy.
The way the two of them kept looking at each other while talking, Lucian could already tell they were plotting something right under his nose.
"Yes, Mom, and I already invited her family. When she comes, I'll thank her."
"Jeez, Brother, allow Mother to say something already."
Lucian frowned. There was more to say? His mother and Lucy chuckled, looking at his cute face.
"Well, tomorrow at the ceremony, I want you to dress as a butler."
Having heard that, Lucian was already getting ideas of where this whole thing was pointing and was already saying no countless times.
"Please, Lucian, do it for me," Mrs. Lucinda Frost stood up and walked towards her son.
"Plus, I would love to see how cute my brother looks when he's in a butler's uniform," Lucy teased him.
The idea of a trillionaire putting on a butler outfit—Lucian sighed. He thought that was it and agreed, until his mother completed her request.
"Also, Lucian, since she served me for free, I would also love it if you become her personal butler for tomorrow."
Lucian's mouth was wide open, and his sister couldn't contain her laughter anymore.
"Hahaha, Lucian the personal trillionaire butler!" Lucy laughed.
"But Mother—"
"Please, Lucian. Do it for your mother. Just for tomorrow, don't be the trillionaire—be her butler."
Lucian sighs, accepting his mother's birthday wish.
"Yippee... I'll head right to the store and get a good-fitting butler outfit," Lucy teased again and stood up.
Lucian looked at her like a baby wanting to cry. Well, what could possibly go wrong? It was just for a day. What could go wrong?

Meanwhile...
At the Manhattan mansion—precisely the dinner table as well. Unlike the Frost dining room—
This table was a rectangular one, containing six individuals: Jane, Mrs. Manhattan, Jane's stepbrother Tom, and stepsisters Juliet and Laura.
Then the remaining one was Juliet's fiancé, James.
Jane's father had died and left her in the care of her stepmother, who wanted nothing from her but to get Jane married to a wealthy man.
But time and time again, Jane had rejected rich men that proposed to her—for reasons she wouldn't tell anyone.
So the family hated her for not elevating their lives from the financial breakdown they would soon meet.
While at the dinner table, Tom brought out a letter and a smile, which caught everyone's attention.
"Oh la la, guess who invited us to a birthday ceremony?" asked Tom.
"Judging by how you're happy, it has to be someone wealthy, right?" asked Laura, because that was the only type of person that could make Tom happy.
Wealthy individuals.
"Not just any wealthy individual—it's from the house of Frost. Damn, these people are like the richest in all of London!"
"The Frosts invited us?" Even Juliet was surprised. "Mr. Frost is the globe's top richest man. What did we do to get such honors? I'm so excited!"
"Maybe this time, a rich man would show interest in me and not some dead brain cell of a sister," said Juliet, looking at Jane, who didn't mind any of their business as she ate.
"Wait, hold on," suddenly, Tom's face was cleaned of the smile he wore, then looked at the innocent Jane.
"What is it?" asked Mrs. Manhattan, the unspoken woman at the table.
Tom swallowed, slowly passing the letter to his mother while looking at Jane.
Mrs. Manhattan was also shocked after reading the last line of the letter. She couldn't help it and lost her appetite.
"Will someone tell me what happened?" Laura raised her voice, then stretched to collect the letter from her mother sitting adjacent.
But before she could reach the letter, Tom stuttered and said the most important part of what it says:
"Coming... coming—coming without Mrs. Jane Manhattan will get you kicked out."
