Arthur and Lancelot burst forward, Lancelot summoned a spear and Arthur burst forward first, using a minor imitation of the pendragon house's lightning augmentation to increase his speed. Though it wasn't instantaneous, the difference was as clear as day. He met the body of the hulking mass of bones and slashed into its thick hide of bones. But he couldn't get any deeper inside of its flesh to take a large chunk out of it. And failed to dislodge his sword from the Behemoth's body as it slowly looked down at him and kicked him into the wall again. Knocking the wind out of him.
'Goddamnit! How is a thing made of bones that resilient?'
He grit his teeth as he got back onto his feet. Revan and Lancelot had engaged him already, the former striking him with a barrage of fire arrows, and Lancelot attempting to pierce its hide of bones. Arthur looked to Aria, who was still standing by, and grit his teeth.
"Aren't you going to do something? Or just stand around?"
Aria looked towards him.
"Why should I help? I have no reason to."
Arthur didn't want to waste any breath arguing.
'Great. No weapon. And the strongest person in this room refuses to give any help. Just great…'
He burst forward, and attempted to lodge the obsidian blade out of the behemoth before it shifted its focus. Unfortunately though. It was stuck in the odd mass that was below the layer of bone. The flesh had a black layer of skin with deep blue blood slowly trickling out of it. The large hand of bones swung down at Arthur. As he dashed backwards, he grabbed onto one of its fingers and swung up onto its shoulder, looking for any sort of weakness. But there was none. The layer of flesh beneath the bones were stronger than the bones itself. There was no point in trying to find a weakness in the bones.
He used his own hands and ripped the bones off the flesh. While the behemoth's arms tried to reach for him. Lancelot managed to impale it in its foot. Making it stumble backwards.
'Damnit! That dumbass couldn't have chosen a worse spot!'
Arthur gripped onto one of its skulls in order to not fall off the behemoth as it regained its footing. Focusing back on Lancelot. While Arthur placed his palms onto the creature. He began transferring his sword energy into the behemoth, though it didn't seem to notice. Until it was too late.
"Erupt."
The sword energy was like a minefield, a foreign poison that could burst at any time. As blue cracks started to appear in the behemoths body, rays of sword energy burst through its flesh and its hide of skulls. There were several holes covering the body of the behemoth. And the sword of the broken oath had fallen onto the ground due to the rupturing of its body. Yet the behemoth still stood. Unshaken. Letting out a low growl as it grabbed Arthur and tossed him back into the wall. And kicking Lancelot as well. Before charging towards Revan across the room. Although it was large, it was insanely fast. But before it's hulking fist could meet with her. It's entire body simply crumbled into cubes of flesh and bone as Aria sighed, withdrawing her pristine blade.
"How troublesome."
