Not all Witches are of a chaotic sort, not the Witches of Mercury, for that matter, specialized Magical Girls set out to calm the rampant takeover of these desires, which take over the lands of Limbus, spreading like a pestilent disease that rots the very core of the livelihoods of millions. The opposing factions of the Witches of Wonderland and the Witches of Mercury remain present today.
