Yuuto Kisaragi blinked. His head throbbed as if someone had just smashed a brick against his skull. The last thing he remembered was crossing the street after buying instant ramen—and now, he was waking up in an unfamiliar place.
The sky above was an unnatural shade of deep purple, swirling with ethereal clouds. His body felt… different. He was lying on cold, grassy terrain, and the scent of damp earth filled his nose.
Where the hell was he?
A sharp, mocking voice cut through his disoriented thoughts.
"Hah! So it finally worked. I was hoping you'd stay unconscious forever, but I guess even you aren't that lucky."
Yuuto's blood ran cold. That voice—he knew it all too well. A voice he never wanted to hear again.
Slowly, he turned his head, his mind still struggling to process what was happening.
Floating above him, arms crossed, was a ghostly figure of his ex-girlfriend, Celia Nightshade.
She looked exactly the same as he remembered—long silver hair cascading past her shoulders, piercing golden eyes that radiated superiority, and an ever-present smirk that made him want to punch a wall. But unlike before, she was slightly translucent, glowing with a faint blue aura, as if she were some kind of spectral being.
"Celia?!" Yuuto gasped. "What the hell are you doing here?!"
Celia sighed dramatically. "Ugh, why do you sound so surprised? Did you really think you could escape me that easily?"
His stomach twisted. This had to be a dream. There was no way this was real.
"Wait, wait, wait—where am I?! Why are you floating?! Why do you look like a freaking hologram?!"
Celia gave him a slow, condescending clap. "Wow. Only took you two minutes to realize something's off. Good job, genius."
Yuuto gritted his teeth. Even in death—or whatever the hell this was—she was still the same sarcastic, insufferable woman he remembered.
Taking a deep breath, he forced himself to focus. Panicking wouldn't help. He needed answers.
"Fine. Just tell me what's going on."
Celia's golden eyes gleamed mischievously. "Congratulations, Yuuto Kisaragi. You've been transported to another world."
Yuuto's brain short-circuited. "...What?"
"You heard me." Celia smirked. "You're in a completely new world now. Magic, monsters, dungeons, all that fun stuff. Oh, and you have a System to help you survive. Sounds great, right?"
A System? Like those things in isekai novels?

A blue holographic screen appeared in front of him.

Celia laughed. "Oh, trust me. I wish I was."

Objective: Call Celia 'My Goddess' with genuine sincerity.

Failure: No System Assistance for 24 Hours.
Yuuto stared at the quest.
Then, he stared at Celia.
Celia was grinning.
"Well?" she said sweetly. "Go on, say it. Call me your goddess, Yuuto~"
Yuuto clenched his fists. This wasn't a system. This was HELL.
