He sees it...
He saw the snow cover upon him. The youth slowly tried to move his arm,
but it was no avail. With so little movement left, he had barely any feeling—
from his fingers all the way to the tips, he could do nothing but remain trapped in a frozen façade.
Left there, lying down—slowly succumbing to his wounds,
as he was also beginning to give in to the winter's harsh cold.
His cries for help were of no use. The wooded forest outmatched his expectations,
its silence louder than any scream.
Around him, the world felt tighter, closing in, as far as his fading vision could reach.
He was slowly being buried by the snow—
and it was meagerly no use.
No use at all...
He lost all hope and accepted it, as his mind drifted into a blank, hazy state.
Any moment now would be my end. Why did I end up like this...? I weakly wondered,
as my consciousness slowly faded to black.
He accepted his demise, bearing the weight of what was to come...
A young soul—once filled to the brim with life—
has now parted from this world.
For now...
