Alexander Mikhail is a nobody, well, he is someone all right. A foreigner to Japan's hero climatic. He was found merely left behind in a fire station, just a baby left, not Japanese, and what did that lead to? Not a home, not really, just an institution for kids, for 8 years he thought he was a quirkless dud, but one drink and he found his real quirk .. The Alcoholic Foundry getting drunk, gambling...seems about right.
