Rise of my favourite loser

A newly graduated biology teacher begins his first job at a high school, full of determination and belief that hard work can solve any problem. On his first day, he notices a girl outside the school smoking , something that worries him because she is still a minor. Later, he is surprised to discover that the same girl is actually one of his students.
