Well let's start this out by saying what everyone knows. I died and am now floating in a void alone. brief story on my life so far was I never fit in, and I was always the outcast. I'm what you would call a bookworm as I loved to read. any book or fanfic I would read it fast, and my memory helped with that as well.
I had a photographic memory in a way as I could read the books and I could put them into use. the reason I say partial was because it only helped with books and most often fiction. as I read my mind would go into the book like I was watching from an outside window, and I could feel what the characters were feeling.
any kind of book that had math or some kind of science my mind would forget that and prioritize the fiction. doctors also wanted to know why but couldn't figure it out. so, with that I didn't really try and make friends or really go out of my way to as I would read. I did make a couple later on as they just joined me in reading and we just clicked.
I never had a girlfriend not that I didn't want one, but I prioritized my books over everything else. my favorite series was harry potter as he went from zero to hero. he cared for his friends and just wanted to be loved and later on he got it. I didn't like Ron as I thought he was an ass. he would get upset over the stupidest things and he was supposed to be Harrys best friend but no he left him during one of his times of need in goblet of fire and again in deathly hallows all because he was jealous. I don't believe that he was affected all that much by the horcrux and it brought out his true feelings.
I'm getting sidetracked but overall, I loved the world building Rowling did and she expanded on it with fantastic beasts. going over my memories I can see that I was a true loner in early life but later got people that stuck with me. as for how I died I vaguely remember that I got hit by a bus, struck by lightning and shot in a matter of minutes. not a pleasant feeling.
so now I'm just waiting here for anything really and its boring. A while later a person with his face obscured appears in a flash of white and makes a desk and seats as he speaks " hello there so in case you didn't know you died but I'm here to make you an offer."
I looked at the man or God in front of me and said " ok already figured that part out but wasn't expecting the offer. may I ask what it is and what do I call you?"
he chuckled and said " well you can call me rob and my job was to watch over certain universes and make sure everything goes well. but something happened and now I need you to help me in a way."
I looked at him with a deadpan gaze then spoke " really the most cliche reason in Fics but oh well. what do I need to do and do I get gifts or wishes?"
he smiled at me and then started to explain " so what happened first was one of the protagonists in the world died from an accident and now the world will be in chaos if I don't fix it. so, Harry Potter died to his abuse and his soul moved on before I could do anything about it. now I need you to basically live as Harry Potter transmigration style. I will give you a couple wishes as it helps me a lot and of course some memory from him not all as that would hurt your sense of self."
I was shocked that I get to be in the harry potter world so I said, " ok that's awesome and the memory will help I guess as for wishes let's do for the first, I want to be able to speak with dragons and snakes as since harry died I'm assuming that his horcrux did as well and wasn't that the reason he could talk to snakes in the first place."
he nodded and said " yes you don't have to worry about the horcrux in the head and it was the main reason for him talking to snakes. so, I grant your first wish with a little surprise added for doing this."
To say I was happy was an understatement so I spoke soon after " for my second wish I want to have a few animal companions that will listen to me and also grow in power as I do. the first one I want is 2 wolves both of them to be arctic wolves but one female and the other male also one of them white and the other black. Is it possible to ask for a Phoenix as well. I always thought that harry should have had a phoenix."
he nodded and said, " ok that's fine the phoenix will come later the wolves are fine as well, but they will also have blue eyes to signify the magic power in them."
I was happy but I had more questions, so I spoke " I have some questions. will I have to deal with dark lord dumbles or will he be the senile old man or will he be trustworthy?"
he chuckled and said " no you won't have to deal with dark lord dumbles as he is just a little too trustworthy to other people. he believed that harry would be fine with the Dursleys but that didn't happen. oh let me mention that you can call for the potter house elf to get away from the Dursleys and that way you have the potter mansion. you still have one more wish by the way."
I nodded and figured I would ask something first. " I have a question first. will it only be the Harry Potter world or is it more?"
he smiled at the question and said" yes it's more than Harry Potter world but before the story is complete you won't have access to it and they can't access you. and no I'm not saying which one or ones as where is the fun in that. but I have a recommendation for your wish if it will help."
I looked at him perplexed but just shrugged and accepted his recommendation. he spoke soon after " the wish I recommend is infinite potential and growth with adaptation so no matter the ritual or power that corrupts you would grow immune to it soon after and no outward or inward changes needed. so you won't turn into a monster like what happened to riddle."
I looked at him in shock as that wish is insane but it also terrified me as well. if I need that wish the other world that is joined must be insanely powerful but I will have time to grow too.
I recomposed myself and spoke, "ok let's go with that wish. jeez I really have my work cut out huh. oh well, can I ask a few more questions before going?"
He nodded and gestured for me to continue. So, I did as I asked, " so about the harry potter world is it just going to be movies or is it going to everything like the added games like legacy an if so would I be able to travel to the events or like take over as the game protagonist or something?"
He nodded and then spoke " yes, the world is going to be connected to legacy, and I can arrange for you to take over as the protagonist as well. I'm pretty sure I know why you want that. if I'm not wrong its regarding a certain Hufflepuff." he finished with a chuckle as my face had a hue of red to and i did a nervous chuckle.
He then continued " tell you what ill also make sure that if thing do happen between you two then when it is time for you to return to your time from legacy then she will be able to be place in a kind of stasis charm at a location you will know if and when the time comes. she would have to agree to said placement though as it wouldn't be right for me to just throw the girl in time and say bye felicia."
he finished as we both laughed at that. I then asked, " so what age would I be going in as and if I am connected to legacy am I right to assume that ill still get my magic at 11 the unlock legacy and ancient magic at fifteen? and when I do go to legacy will time still move as normal or is it like a second in the current time with no physical difference?"
he smiled sadly and spoke, " you will be going in at age 9 so about 2 years before Hogwarts so you have time to get some training in and a few other things that way you are not unprepared. for the legacy yes, it will be normal then at fourteen or fifteen soon after the events of goblet of fire as the protagonist of legacy had some time before the start of the year to study with professor fig so you can use that time to adjust to that time and study what you want. also, you are correct about it being only a second in current time and no physical difference though you magic will be stronger than it was so be aware of that. I'll send over a letter beforehand with more specifics regarding this as you have a while before that."
i nodded in affirmation as I spoke again, " so I think last question does Gringotts have blood tests or is that fanfic as well? oh also will I get a hint for what world it be joined with either now or later?"
he smiled at me and said, " yes in the vast multiverse there is going to be a version of Gringotts that does blood tests like this one you're going to but I recommend going to get that done at your first visit to Gringotts before your first year."
he stood up after saying so and waved his hand as a portal opened near me and started sucking me in but before it could i yelled my last question " wait what about the hint regarding the world please tell me!"
he simply smiled as his face was unobscured as i saw an older gentleman with an awesome mustache grinning like I've seen multiple times before in movies and interviews, he then yells out " EXELSIOR!!!!"
he laughed as I'm pulled in and screaming " OH SHIIIII....."
