In the farthest place in the universe, in a world called Shanba, there was a meeting that included the great Pathos, or the seven sages who control the major worlds. After overthrowing everything, they were called to the meeting again. This time, the main goal was to annihilate humans and destroy the Earth completely.
Shanba was a world that included many, many forms, but all were under the control of the Pathos. They possessed terrifying power and could destroy everything. Their fighting style relied solely on strength. Their numbers were in the millions, but they were not advanced and did not have the ability to go to Earth. The Pathos decided in the meeting that they would send a team to Earth to spy on humans and learn everything about them. After that, they would find the appropriate way to conquer the entire world.
The chief of the Pathos came out and said to the attendees:
O pride of the Pathos, O inhabitants of Shanba, we will all die at the end of the next million years, and the sages have decided that the only suitable place to live in the entire universe is one place only: Earth. And Earth is inhabited by races about which we know nothing. Therefore, the Pathos decided to gather a team and send it to Earth. We want them to collect the necessary information so that we can attack at the right time.
But we have a problem for which we have found no solution. Our forms are not like humans. Therefore, we decided that the following: a team composed of three volunteers from Shanba will go to Earth, and the team will choose a human and cast the spell on him. Now, is there anyone who wants to volunteer for this noble mission? Who can sacrifice for Shanba?
Shiban: Listen, O chief, have you forgotten that the Shanba are cowards? No one will volunteer to carry out this mission. We know this, and therefore we decided to choose by lottery, as humans do. Understood?
Chief of the Pathos: Very well, very well, do as you wish. I do not know why you let me speak. Look, no one was listening to me. Do they deserve anyone to sacrifice for them? Fools. They should stay here until they evaporate in the rays of the sun. Anyway, I have lived forty thousand years. I have traveled and roamed the Earth. Its people are very good. I went several times, but they would never allow us to live there at all. They have different traditions, and our forms are not suitable to coexist with them peacefully. Look, these barbarians, the only suitable place for them is here.
Sasuka, one of the most hateful inhabitants of Shanba toward humans, said: O chief of the Pathos, sit down. No one asked you to speak. And all of you know me well; I have no respect for humans at all, and this is known. But I never said that we must leave our homeland and go to Earth. But now, O inhabitants of Shanba, there is no place for you here, and no future for you or your children. The only solution is to invade Earth. Earth! Earth! Let us invade Earth!
Everyone got excited and began shouting Earth! Earth! until the sky trembled from the intensity of their shouting.
This was what Sasuka had wanted from the beginning. He had planned all this, but the matter was not easy, even if everyone agreed on invading Earth.
One of the Pathos named Sibasi said:
O Sasuka, tell us how you intend to carry out the invasion. We have not found any volunteers to go and plant the seeds we have prepared. Now we need a volunteer. You are one of the most eager for the invasion and control of Earth, but you have never gone there. All of us have done so. Don't you think this is the opportunity to go so you can become one of the Pathos? We need you with us in the high ranks. I will not hide from you that I suggested your name to the seven sages. They unanimously agreed to elect you, the great lord, for the great Pathos and king of all Shanba. But you know the rules; you must go to Earth and achieve two goals with one stone: first, cast the spell on a human child, and second, fulfill the conditions to join the seven sages.
If you ask for my opinion, as the Pathos member who has gone to Earth the most, I see you as the leader we need for survival in the near future.
Sasuka knew that these were traditions passed down from generation to generation. He had to go to Earth to join the Pathos, or the seven sages. But Sasuka feared this day as much as he anticipated it. He felt inside that he had to go, but the fate of his father, who had gone to Earth and had not returned, was always before his eyes. He feared ending up with the same fate as his father, even though he dreamed day by day that he had to take revenge for his father's death because he believed that humans had killed his father when he went to Earth to enter the Pathos, but he never returned since then.
Here Sasuka paused for a moment and said: O people of Shanba, I volunteer to go to Earth and cast the spell of destruction and fulfill the conditions to join the Pathos. Until then, prepare for the coming king. Prepare yourselves, for I will not be long absent. I will return. I am going now. Sasuka is going now, and the one who will return will be King Sasuka.
With these words, Sasuka silenced everyone. Would he really go to Earth?
The chief of the Pathos said: O Sibasi, do you think Sasuka is fit to be king of the Pathos and leader of Shanba?
Sibasi laughed: Day after day, I do not know how you survived on Earth, and you who were absent for a whole year. Listen, I only excited him; he will go and cast the spell. After that, there are two solutions: either he loses his life at the hands of humans and frees us from this madman, or he succeeds and returns here. In the meantime, I will deal with him in my usual way. Hahahahaha.
Chief of the Pathos: You are cunning. It is better for him, poor fellow, to get lost in the fields of Earth than return here and try again. Do you still have that dagger? Hahaha.
Sibasi: Do you mean the dagger?
Chief of the Pathos: No, I mean Sasuka's father. Man, do you still have it in that house?
Sibasi, in an angry voice, baring his fangs: Are you crazy? Speak softly, you foolish old man. He is still here. Silence, you villain. I did that for you. You know Sasuka's father was against the idea of invasion. I saved you from him. Now his heir is carrying out our plan that his father refused to execute. Simply, hahaha.
Shhhhh, he is coming. I smell him.
Sibasi: O people of Shanba, here is the brave, strong hero who breaks stone and melts steel and bites copper. Cheer your leader and the house of his brave father. He is Sasuka, the savior who will save us from the approaching sun's destruction. He is going to Earth to free us from darkness.
Sasuka wore a distinctive outfit, all black and large.
The chief of the Pathos stepped forward and sprinkled him with black water and said: Do not move toward anyone and do not go anywhere with many humans. They become curious when they gather. Lower your head when you walk and breathe very slowly. He sprinkled him again and said: You are ready. Close your eyes and jump when you are ready. Know that the people of Shanba are proud of you, Sasuka. Go, my son, find a suitable human and cast this spell immediately.
Sasuka was scared. He had never seen a human before. He was about to descend upon the people who killed his father. In his opinion, he was ready and prepared for revenge.
Sasuka jumped into the teleportation pit heading to Earth.
Sibasi: Hahahahaha, what did I say? Melts steel, hahaha. I really got excited, hahaha. Coward, son of a coward. Now I will control everything with the help of my enemy's son. I will get rid of him too, as I did with his father when he returned—or better if he does not return.
He forgot that he was speaking loudly. All the people of Shanba heard him.
They advanced toward him. What were you saying?
Sibina said: Did you really kill Sasuka's father and claim humans did it? Today, you will die, scoundrel.
And Sibina added: Friends, you heard the traitor. Let's go to battle. We will avenge the death of Sasuka's father today from this traitor.
Sibasi: Anyone who approaches me will lose their life. You do not know what happened. Tell them, O chief of the Pathos. I was there. Tell them the truth quickly. They are fools; they do not know the real traitor.
To be continued in Chapter Two soon.
