Synopsis
Death is only the beginning. Souls awaken in worlds where peace is an illusion and survival is never guaranteed. Two powerful realms, Heaven and Nether, have waged war for centuries—each driven by ambition, grief, and the desire to rewrite what was lost. Some fight for another chance at life. Others fight for absolute power over all souls. No one knows if victory will grant freedom, or if the cycle of suffering will simply continue. Memories linger, regrets burn, and hope becomes both a weapon and a curse. Every soul who steps into these realms is forced to face a brutal truth: even in death, escape is impossible. In a world where grief is endless, desire is deadly, and the dead are never truly at rest, the line between right and wrong is fragile, and the cost of survival is far greater than life itself.

Chapter 1 - Chapter 1: Where the Dead Awakens

Since the beginning of humanity, one question has followed every life.

What happens after death?

Some say the soul goes to heaven. Some believe everything simply ends.Others say the soul is judged and punished.

But the truth is something no living person knows.

Because once a person dies…

They never return.

When a human dies, their body remains on Earth.

But the soul moves on.

It awakens somewhere else.

Not in darkness.Not in emptiness.

But in one of two realms.

Where a soul awakens depends on the final state of mind at the time of death.

If a person dies calm and at peace, their soul awakens in a vast and shining realm known as Heaven.

If a person dies with fear, anger, regret, hatred, or despair, their soul opens its eyes in a darker and harsher world called Nether.

There is no judge deciding this.

No court.

No god asking questions.

Only the final emotion inside a dying heart.

That single moment decides everything.

And once a soul enters one of these realms…

There is no way back to Earth.

Not now.Not ever.

In these worlds, souls do not age.

A newborn who dies slowly grows into the form of a young adult.

An elderly person becomes young again.

Someone who dies young remains young forever.

The soul does not grow old.

Time passes.

But the body never changes.

Yet death does not erase the past.

Souls remember everything.

The life they lived.

Every mistake they made.

Every person they loved.

Every person they lost.

Nothing disappears.

Memories follow them into eternity.

And sometimes…

Those memories become a heavier burden than life itself.

Because the dead are forced to remember the lives they can never return to.

Many people on Earth believe Heaven is a place of peace.

A beautiful world where suffering finally ends.

But that belief is wrong.

Heaven is beautiful.

Its sky shines with endless light.

Its lands stretch wide and silent.

But beauty does not mean kindness.

Heaven is a world of power.

A world ruled by strength, authority, and ambition.

Those who stand at the top seek something greater than peace.

They seek control.

Control over both realms.

Control over every soul that exists.

Nether is different.

The land is darker.

The ground is rough and broken.

The sky is dim and endless.

Life there is harsh.

Cruel.

Unforgiving.

Strength decides who survives.

Weakness decides who disappears.

But despite their differences, both realms share the same cruel truth.

Neither of them are free from war.

For longer than anyone can remember, Heaven and Nether have been fighting.

An endless war between two worlds filled with the souls of the dead.

Cities have been destroyed.

Armies have risen and vanished.

Countless souls have disappeared on battlefields that will never be remembered.

Yet the war never ends.

No one remembers how it began.

Some of the oldest souls say the war already existed when they first arrived.

Others believe the war has simply always been there.

After centuries of fighting…

The reason stopped mattering.

The war became part of existence itself.

Something that could never be escaped.

But over time, a belief began to spread among the souls.

A rumor.

A fragile hope that refused to die.

Many souls in Nether believe that if Nether conquers Heaven, something impossible will happen.

They believe the souls of Nether will be allowed to return to Earth.

Not as ghosts.

But as living humans.

Given another life.

Another chance.

A chance to correct the mistakes that destroyed their first life.

A chance to save the people they failed.

A chance to undo the regrets that followed them even after death.

And so many souls in Nether fight with desperate strength.

Not for victory.

But for another chance to live.

Souls in Heaven believe something different.

They believe that if Heaven defeats Nether, nothing will remain to challenge them.

They believe they will rule both realms without opposition.

Absolute power.

Absolute authority.

A world where every soul will stand beneath them.

And so Heaven also continues the war.

Not for peace.

But for dominion.

No one knows if either belief is true.

No one has ever seen the war end.

Yet hope, regret, and ambition continue to drive the dead forward.

Because even after death…

Regret does not disappear.

Desire does not disappear.

And those things are enough to make souls fight forever.

Every moment on Earth, people die.

Some peacefully.

Some in pain.

Some filled with love.

Others filled with regret.

Each death sends another soul into Heaven or Nether.

Another life entering the endless cycle.

Another soul stepping into a war that may never end.

Because in the worlds beyond death…

Even the dead are not allowed to rest.

Somewhere in the distant lands of Nether…

A new soul slowly opened its eyes.

The sky above was dark and empty.

Cold wind moved across the barren ground.

Far away, faint sounds of battle echoed through the land.

The soul slowly looked at its trembling hands.

Confusion filled its mind.

"…Where am I?"

No one answered.

Only the distant sound of war remained.

And the world of the dead continued turning.
