The basic composition of reality has been shattered; noticing the little details in things is a rarity in the days of Glasspoint. Such as the dripping in the clear, almost glass-like stream that had been bestowed on the outskirts of the town. Every crack in the bricks that were laid down centuries before the city was renovated to its current standing. The many complex features of people's faces, how they dress, the composure of their character, or even the simple daily choices that they make to endure. The town of Glasspoint has some to offer; as such, many people can be found in the town's local library, or somewhere such as the bakery. Most people's jobs can consist of construction, working at the small shops, and the one job they all have in common: not acknowledging what goes on in the world around them.
With the mindless bliss that consumes the world, it takes a strong will to truly see the truth, and this truth is only seemingly possessed by a certain group —a group that has long accepted the harsh realities of life at a very young age and adapted to the world. Because everyone has their own battles and struggles, but these selected few move like waves, living by one rule: no matter what happens, just hope it works out.
