Calithea's POV
It's currently 4am and I'm struggling to fall asleep.
There's a thunderstorm and I always find it difficult to fall asleep when the weather is unpleasant.
This means I have no choice but to stay up and wait for it to pass.
In the meantime I decide to put on my earphones and disappear into my happy place.
Listening to music calms me.
It rescues me from all my problems,thoughts and fears.
I then set my playlist on shuffle and challenge myself not to skip any song and open a packet of my favorite sweets.
*Phone rings*
Am I the only one who finds it annoying when someone calls while I'm listening to music?
I keep my eyes closed and wait for my phone to stop ringing.
Who calls at 4am anyways?
I then roll over onto my back and slowly drift back into my favorite world.
I'm then interrupted by someone pulling my leg.
I got so scared I jumped up and landed on the floor.
"Relax...it's me."The tall figure says trying to catch his breath from laughter.
I recognize that voice.
I then turn on my bedside lamp.
As soon as I recognize the idiot that almost made me wet my pants my frown is replaced with a smile.
"Danniel!"
I instantly stand on my two feet and practically tackle him onto my bed.
"I think you just broke me."He says pretending to be oxygen deprived.
I then sit up and simply shrug my shoulders.
"What are you doing here?"I casually ask.
"Well,a little birdie reminded me about how someone special in my heart feels about unpleasant storms.Now here I am."
"Thank you so much Danny."I can't help but lean over and squeeze him.
He lets out a light chuckle and wraps his arms around me.
"You know I've always got you."
*Thunder*
I totally forgot.
The sound causes me to flinch and tighten my grip.
"Relax."He says calmly.
"Just focus on my heartbeat okay?"
I do as I'm told and immediately feel better.
I let out a deep breath and slowly fall asleep.

Danniel's POV
"Thea...?"I whisper.
She looks so peaceful when she's asleep.
We are literally on her bed but instead she chose to fall asleep on top of me.She's such a baby.
Who's 18 and scared of thunderstorms?
Before I know it I start to feel myself doze off so I carefully lift her up and lay her on her bed gently.
After doing so,I get up and head to the guest bedroom which is basically my room when I'm here and rest.
