After Theresia left, Ace didn't just sit there. He certainly didn't want to lose his mate, so Ace also got up from his seat. He darted over and grabbed an umbrella in front of the cafe, not caring whose it was. Then he followed Theresia, walking behind her with his hands buried in his pants pockets.
"Hey, wait! I don't even know your name yet," said Ace, walking alongside Theresia. He used the umbrella to protect Theresia from the rain.
Theresia, who had been walking leisurely, enjoying the rain, was suddenly surprised when Ace appeared beside her. Not only that, Theresia didn't understand why Ace was protecting her from the rain.
"You? Why are you following me?" asked Theresia, stopping in her tracks. She looked annoyed because she didn't like Ace following her.
"I can't let my mate get wet; you'll get sick later," he replied, still with his usual straight face.
Theresia rolled her eyes in annoyance; she was annoyed by Ace's behavior, which was as if he were her boyfriend. "Enough, please don't follow me. I'm not your mate!" she said emphatically.
Ace remained calmly standing in front of Theresia, annoying, wasn't he?
"No, you are my mate. The Moon Goddess has arranged it; you can't refuse," replied Ace, ending with a sweet smile.
"What proof do you have!" snapped Theresia angrily, her blood boiling this time.
Instead of answering, Ace moved closer to Theresia. He sniffed the addictive scent of Theresia's body, which, according to Ace, was a sweet aroma that made him drunk.
"I can recognize the mark in you. You won't understand because you're not a werewolf," replied Ace.
Theresia was furious, her emotions boiling over as Ace spoke. "It's up to you; I don't care!" After saying that, Theresia stormed off, stomping her feet in anger.
Until now, no one had dared to refuse or argue with Ace, but it seemed that this did not apply to Theresia. Ace was not angry this time; he actually smiled when he saw her. Theresia's face looked very cute when she was angry.
"Finally, I have found my mate," Ace muttered, still standing in place, staring at Theresia, who had left him.
"I'll come back to see you, dear. It's easy enough to find your house," Ace continued. He could easily track Theresia's whereabouts because he had already caught a whiff of her scent. A wolf's sense of smell is very sharp, so it would be easy for him.
After saying that, Ace turned around and returned to his headquarters. There was an important matter concerning his pack, and once it was settled, Ace would definitely return to see Theresia.
Ace sped off to his headquarters. There was chaos in his pack due to the actions of a rogue werewolf. Upon arriving at his headquarters, Ace immediately went to see Gerry, the beta of his pack.
Ace sat in his special chair in the headquarters, followed by Gerry, who stood in front of him.
"Gerry, I want you to take care of the rogue werewolf who is trying to destroy our pack. Find him, and for the next few days, I'm handing all my duties over to you," Ace ordered.
"Alright, but why are you handing over all your responsibilities to me?" Gerry asked, feeling confused, since Ace had always done everything himself and had never been able to entrust all his tasks to anyone else.
"Because there's a more important responsibility than that," Ace replied with a smile that was hard to interpret. What was it? Only Ace knew.

Elsewhere, Theresia had just arrived at her apartment. Her body was wet from the rain, and she was shivering from the cold.
"Huh, thank goodness that man didn't follow me... Hachim..." Theresia rubbed her hands together, trying to warm herself up. She sneezed several times from the cold.
"Looks like I'm coming down with the flu," she continued with a long sigh, throwing her bag in any direction. Then she sat down on the long sofa in the living room, calming herself for a moment.
"It's very quiet," she muttered, looking around the room. It looked quiet because Theresia lived alone. Memories of her childhood with her father and mother came back to her mind.
"Arghh... I'd better take a shower, huh." After saying that, Theresia got up from her seat and walked to the bathroom.
A few minutes later, Theresia came out of the bathroom with a towel wrapped around her hair. Theresia took her cell phone and sat on the bed, playing with it.
"Hoaam... Why am I so sleepy, but I'm hungry?" said Theresia, yawning widely. The clock showed 7:00 p.m. It was unusual for Theresia to be sleepy at this hour. Maybe it was because she came home earlier than usual, and also because the weather was cold due to the rain.
Theresia lay down on the mattress, hugging her favorite pillow. "I'll just sleep first; I'll eat after I wake up," she said, closing her eyes, and soon Theresia fell asleep.
A few minutes passed, and now the clock showed midnight. In the middle of the night and the silence of the night, when everyone else was asleep, Theresia woke up from her sleep. Theresia woke up for a reason; she felt someone calling her.
"Hey, wake up. Aren't you hungry?" asked someone who was now beside Theresia, somehow having entered her room.
A faint, heavy voice reached Theresia's ears. At first, she thought it was just a dream. But when her sense of smell detected something unfamiliar, Theresia suddenly opened her eyes.
"Aaaaaa... help, kidnapper!" Theresia screamed hysterically.
Brakk!!
Theresia was shocked to see a man on her bed, so she kicked him with all her might. The man fell and grimaced in pain when his back hit the small table next to the bed.
"Damn it!" cursed the man as he slowly got up from where he was lying. Who else could it be but Ace, the man who had disturbed Theresia a few minutes ago and claimed to be an Alpha werewolf?
Theresia jumped out of bed and stared intently at Ace in front of her. She felt like killing the man right then and there, but Theresia tried to be patient and didn't want to cause a commotion. But Ace was out of line. How had he gotten into Theresia's room?
"Don't you have any manners? Why did you enter my room without permission? Why are you lying next to me, you jerk?" Theresia cursed, her emotions running high.
"I've told you many times, you are my mate! And I can't just let you go," Ace said casually, sitting on the edge of the bed, staring at Theresia with a slight smile on his lips.
Brak!!
A loud noise was heard again from Theresia's room. The woman was furious at that moment. How could she not be? A man had entered her room in the middle of the night. Was she not allowed to be angry?
