My name is Jay, though I do go by my alias Distructer[1]sometimes.
I am an aspiring writer and artist, someone who has been teaching themself—with help from the people I know—these two crafts since the pandemic began. Now, it might be unfair to call myself an amateur at these, it is undeniable that I still have so much room for improvement.
Though now, you might be wondering—"What exactly is all of this?"
Taking it simply, What's On My Mind: A Tale of Swords and Magic will be a compilation of all the short stories I have written over the years—but beyond that, I plan on evolving this project—growing it—into my very own Anthology Series, something that resembles Netllflix's Love, Death, and Robots.
The early chapters—or episodes, if you may—will definitely not be perfect. They will have errors, faults, and changes that need to be made. But I assure you, I will be working on bettering them as I slowly grow into a better writer.
As for why I'm deciding to upload them in their imperfect state, the reason is very weird, I guess..?
I just want to leave a mark on people, that's all. As early as I can, if possible. You might be wondering why this matters so much to me, but uhh...
Let's just say its for personal satisfaction...
