A warm yet weightless sensation enveloped Shu, as though he were falling yet not falling at all. Time lost its meaning, the feeling could have lasted a fleeting instant or an eternity. Then, as suddenly as it had came or perhaps as slowly as it had always been it vanished. In its place came a strange contrast: a lingering warmth in the upper half of his body, and a chill seeping into the lower half. He lay there on what scene now a cold rigid floor, too tired to open his eyes, when two voices cut through the silence.
"What's with this guy? He wasn't mentioned in Elio's script... This was meant to go smoothly." The first one spoke her voice was cold and held some annoyance
"Not sure, but Wolfie, we should hurry this up, or the Astral Express might get in our way." The second voice spoke up maturely, calmly, and elegantly
As the voices seeped into his mind, Shu's eyes shot open. He sat upright in an instant, staring at the two girls before him with wide, bewildered eyes.
"Oh? Looks like our mysterious newcomer has finally awakened."
"Seems so. Kafka, handle him, please."
I just stared at them, barely able to process their words. pupils contracting, breathing going ragged, and ears ringing. only thought that managed to get through my scrambled head.
How?
How am I here? Why am I here? Am I going to die? How?! WHY?!
My breathing grows ragged as the footsteps seem to grow even louder. My brain is scrambling for an answer.
I was playing HSR, but the last thing I remember was a speedboat racing towards me? Colour slowly started fading around me, turning everything into a dim monotone grey of different shades.

A monotone robotic voice spoke out. I try to move to touch the screen but my body was frozen the only thing that seemed to be able to move where my eyes the rest of my body was still faded in the same monotone Gray as the rest of the world.
I stared at the pink screen for a few minutes, my breathing eventually slowing down, and I was able to rationally analyze the situation. I look past the pink screen and text to see Kafka frozen mid-stride, gun fully materialized and slightly raised up. Her red wine-coloured hair that she ties in a messy ponytail with two loose bangs hanging on either side of her face. Her signature sunglasses are still on top of her head as she seems to be wearing her playable design.
I then turn over to look at Silver Wolf, who seems to also be wearing her playable outfit, silver eyes and long gray hair held in a high ponytail. She wears a short black coat along with a crop-top which covers the upper part of her body, exposing her navel. She also wears black unbuttoned shorts with a decorative piece of black and purple fabric that hangs off the back. As she leaning against the wall, and was typing on a hologram.
Finally, I turned back to the pink screen and started reading out the options.
{Option 1: there's no time like the present. Shout out to Kafka. "Mommy, you finally came back from getting the milk!}
Reward: random abilities
Consequence: you should know -_-
{Option 2: Yelling may attract unwanted attention as well as Kafka's unwanted annoyance. softly say. "Kafka?"
Reward: death by gun
Consequence: the story ends here.
{Option 3: As someone who just appeared and is clearly scared, play to that. Who are you, and where am I?}
Reward: random fate path and random element.
Consequence: ???
...huh? I just stared at the options with a blank yet dumbfounded expression. After a couple seconds I recollected myself and started looking at the options.
"So this is my transmigration cheat? Ha what fun this is definitely not going to cause problems in the future."

I quickly read the message after that it disappeared returning me to the options. Just as it dawned on me.
"What the hell are these options! The second one is definitely out I don't feel like dying. the first and third ones are viable. But the first one I would die of is embarrassment."
I stared at the options as time take down.
"You know what screw it as a famous gambler said "Life is a high-stakes, high-return investment." So let's go with option one!"
After I yelled out my decision the options disappeared for a few seconds before reappearing with a new message.

After that message the pink screen disappeared as color started to rapidly appear back into the world. Kafka continued her stride as Silver wolf went back to typing.
Before Shu could even manually say the words himself he felt a surge of emotions as he shouted loudly with happiness.
"Mommy, you finally came back from getting the milk!
The moment the words left my mouth, heat rushed to my face. embarrassed, I pulled my hood down over my head, so much for a good first impression. Still… at least I came away with a decent ability.
Kafka stopped mid stride as the grip around her gun tightened a bit as she stared down at me.
Kafka analyze the boy once again he had a messy black hair as well as yellowish gold eyes. He was wearing black shorts and a black hoodie with a white stripes lining the sleeves.
He looked nothing like her.
Silver Wolf, now half lounging across the console, nearly toppled over as her hologram disappearin, her chewing pop sprayed everywhere, covering her mouth in a sticky mess..

Like I've said in the description this book is based off of "In honkai Star Rail with the dating system" but some things will change. I did keep some parts from the original dating story but that's because I found those funny and I also changed up some lines. I will continue pass Xianzhou and hopefully continue writing as long as new updates come out. Give this book a chance before dismissing it. Also if you want to see any abilities or skills or what not added to this book just leave them in the comments. Also all abilities were put in a gotcha so they are actually random.
