Stacy's POV
I shivered even in my sleep; my body stiffened as I tried to get some warmth by myself even when I was half asleep.
My teeth ground together, my toes unable to move. I just stood there resting my shoulder against one side of the steep path until I heard a voice.
"And how did you get down there?" He asked, causing me to snap my eyes open.
I didn't need anyone to tell me who it was, but the moment I saw him, my eyes widened, and I jumped for joy, explaining myself to him almost immediately.
"Liam! Oh my goodness, thank the moon goddess you're here. I have been waiting for you to find me since I got stuck here."
"Nope, we're not doing that. I'm not helping you until you explain to me how the hell you got into the place.
I looked around, exhaling before raising my head to gaze at him again. "It's a long story. I know I did you wrong, and I know you're trying to get back at me, but there's no need for you to punish me now, right?"
